DON'T MISS
Shanaze Reade is among the favourites for the women's BMX title, but with the gold medal being decided by a single race around the purpose-built track at the Olympic Park, it will be tough to predict a winner. Reade missed out on a medal in Beijing four years ago when she fell attempting a risky overtaking manoeuvre. Liam Phillips goes for Britain in the men's competition.
Cycling - BMX semi-finals and finals - 15:00-17:00
BIG NAMES IN ACTION
Having proven too good for Great Britain in the hockey semi-finals, Argentina look to secure their first Olympic title - it would be a fitting reward for their star player, seven-time world player of the year Luciana Aymar. They take on the Netherlands in the final. Before that, GB look to salvage bronze against New Zealand.
Hockey - Women's medal matches - 15:30 and 20:00
MORE ESSENTIAL VIEWING
After Jade Jones's remarkable gold medal, you'll be wanting some more taekwondo, right? Today sees Beijing bronze medallist Sarah Stevenson - who read the athletes' oath at the opening ceremony - in action. On the men's side is Lutalo Muhammed, the man controversially selected ahead of Aaron Cook at welterweight. Both competitions start in the morning and go on until the finals at 22:15 and 22:30.
Taekwondo - men's and women's welterweight - from 10:30
THE LONDON 2012 VIBE
Winding down. I don't want to upset you, but the Olympics are nearly over. Two weeks ago tonight, London 2012 got under way at the Opening Ceremony, and now just three days of competition remain. Even if not perfect, it has been a triumph on and off the field of play. The fact that we will be so sad to see it end is testament to its success. I will weep openly when the Community Shield kicks the football season off on Sunday.
WATER COOLER CHAT
This blog wouldn't be condescending enough to use a term like 'girl power' to describe Thursday's success - it should come as no surprise to see Britain's women punch their weight, both literally and metaphorically. But the three gold medals for Charlotte Dujardin, Nicola Adams and Jade Jones have continued a great Games for British females.

Let our live coverage guide you through all the day's action with live text comments on everything that matters.
London Spy brings you an alternative view from the Olympics - including China's plan to win every single medal in 2020 and the frankly epic video of high jump gold medallist Ivan Ukhov jumping drunk.
I will be reporting live from all over the shop - Hyde Park for the men's 10km open water swimming, then the BMX finals followed by the boxing. And at the end of all that, I'll be writing some venue reviews in this space.
