Craig Burley has stuck up for his dad George who
was sacked by Scotland:
not shocked at all. Wales
was a disastrous result. It's not as
if we were playing England
or Brazil or France, it was Wales and it was unacceptable from
the manager's and players' point of view.
think what he wanted to do got across to some players and also I think some of
them are too thick to take it on board - and not good enough to take it on
board, anyway, to be perfectly honest with you.
"He can look most of the
players in the eye and ask if they did a good job for him, and I don't think there are many, if any, who can say, 'Yes, I did'."

Lincoln manager Chris Sutton
has been charged with improper conduct by the FA following his behaviour in his
side's 1-1 draw with Cheltenham.
Sutton was sent to the stands amid ugly scenes at Sincil Bank sparked by the
dismissal of Aaron Brown.
As Brown made his way off scuffles broke out as the two benches confronted
each other and after a seven-minute delay referee Graham Salisbury showed further
red cards to Lincoln substitute Ian Pearce
and Cheltenham sub Barry Richardson.
Neither Pearce or Richardson actually got onto the pitch during the game.
Sutton has until 6pm on November 24 to accept or deny the charge or to
request a personal hearing with the FA.
ED would be amazed if Sutton responded to any FA communication, given his track record of rejecting England call-ups.
