So um ..uh...um.................what exactly is the point of the fantasist injury report 10 days before the P.L resumes???? Valencia today, plus all the F.A cup injuries and the player's who are going to be back fit renders this useless.

Surprised Walcott isn't on our list of injuries look like he had a back injury or a circulation problem to me, or maybe it's just that he's spineless and has no heart. Should take a look at the Ox for inspiration.

Look at City's list, then at United's. That the gap is just 2 points is testament to Sir Alex's quality of management.

About Fantasy Football

The Fantasist is an expert, no, a guru, in all things Fantasy Football. It will dispense its wisdom throughout the season, unravelling the great mysteries of our time. Conundrums like "Aaron Hughes or Stephen Warnock?' and 'Where does Matty Taylor get all those points from?' During the barren summer months, The Fantasist satisfies its gaming needs by losing a small fortune at its local bingo hall. Consequently, it has a lot riding on Eurosport-Yahoo!'s £5 entry, winner-takes-all office league this season.

    Over and out for Pep

It's a good time to be a Real Madrid fan. Jose Mourinho has signed an extension which will contract him to the Bernabeu until 2016. Sir Alex Ferguson might think about moving on by then.  Having displaced Barca as Spanish … Continue reading → More »

Coaching or TV? Neville must choose

Gary Neville's appointment to Roy Hodgson's England coaching staff surprised me, because I'm not sure he can combine the job with his punditry for Sky. If he is working as a link between the squad and the manager, he needs … Continue reading → More »
