Two goals and two assists: not a bad day's work by anyone's estimation. Bayern Munich striker Claudio Pizarro played a major part in four of his side's six goals against Hannover, and he heads our European Team of the Week.
Surprisingly, Pizarro is the only Bayern player in the XI, but it is a Bundesliga feast as nine of the team come from Germany's top flight, with just Arsenal defender Per Mertesacker and Roma's Daniele De Rossi sneaking in from elsewhere.
Andre Schurrle is one of three Bayer Leverkusen players in the side after his double against Hoffenheim, while Hamburg's Rafael van der Vaart also takes his place after a brace.
Besides pure goals and assists, Wolfgang Hesl of Greuther Furth is the goalkeeper of choice, and defender Philipp Wollscheid of Leverkusen qualifies courtesy of an astonishing 84 successful passes.
