European Team of the Week November 10-11: Quag’s quality

Fabio Quagliarella scored a magnificent hat-trick as Juventus thrashed Pescara 6-1 in Serie A - and the Quag leads our European Team of the Week.

The Italy striker netted two low drives and set up another in the first half before a ridiculous bicycle kick from a corner completed his treble, from just three shots on target.

Xavi curled in a brilliant free-kick to set Liga leaders Barcelona on the way to a 4-2 victory in Mallorca while also completing 150 passes at 91.5 per cent accuracy. He anchors the midfield alongside Diego, who struck a brace in a one-man show that lifted Bundesliga strugglers Wolfsburg to a 3-1 win over Bayer Leverkusen.

Franck Ribery is the only player to 'retain' his place in our XI from last weekend and is joined by Bayern Munich team-mate David Alaba as the Bavarian giants continued their spectacular title charge by beating Eintracht Frankfurt 2-0.

And back in Spain, former Tottenham star Helder Postiga scored twice as Zaragoza came from two goals down to beat 10-man Deportivo La Coruna 5-3 in a crazy game.

You can see the key stats for all 11 players below the team graphic.
