But this year Ipswich Town decided to liven things up a bit by swapping the Portman Road backdrop for a local farm:

The Tractor Boys - so called because they are located in the middle of Suffolk farming country - decided to take their nickname literally by filming a video promoting their 2012/13 season strips alongside farmyard animals.

A video has appeared on the internet of Sepp Blatter dancing acrobatically to a Brazilian song.

Blatter is known to enjoy dancing, but on this occasion it is not the 76-year-old head of FIFA himself who is breaking out his best moves, but a spoof.

The advert, shot at Brocket Hall in Hertfordshire, shows the Gunners struggling to pick up the basics.

Australian racing driver Hayley Swanson got the shock of her life when the steering wheel of her race car fell off into her hands.

Heading into a long right-hander, Swanson looked to turn in, only for the wheel to detach, leaving her heading off track at pace.

With cars flashing past her as they raced for position, she was fortunate to avoid a crash, but was composed enough to bring the car to a standstill in the gravel by the side of the track.

The 23-year-old was on debut in the Aussie Race Cars series, in the Aussie Brute Utes category at the Symmons Plains Raceway circuit in Tasmania.

The women's Super League, which starts its second season this weekend, has come up with a unique plan to help raise the profile of their competition.
