David Beckham has reportedly been getting motivational speaking tips from Hollywood actor and good pal Tom Cruise.
Beckham is set to join up with England squad at World Cup in South Africa despite being injured and has asked the world's most famous Scientologist to help him find those inspiring words.
One of those famous "insiders" has been telling Showbiz Spy all about it.
"For someone who has been in the public eye for so long, David is still not the most confident when it comes to speaking out. He's very shy.
"He has spoken to Tom among others about how best to motivate people.
"Tom is a confident guy and always gives him great advice and David wants to be able to do the same, whatever the circumstances."
Beckham and Cruise are good friends, and Beckham and his wife Victoria attended Crusie's wedding to Katie Holmes in 2006.
