British gymnast David Rimmer certainly knows how to mix up his training, and this is perhaps his most original and impressive exercise yet.
He has just posted a video of one of the more remarkable exercises we've ever seen and it's not something to try yourself at home with a plank of wood.
In this case, Rimmer and his friend Steph perform some outrageous jumps and somersaults using a bizarre piece of equipment called a 'teeterboard'.
Also referred to as a 'Korean plank', the acrobatic apparatus resembles something like a playground seesaw made of oak, and it provides a very interesting workout.
The leaps and flips from the gymnast who has competed in the European and world Championships, are quite staggering, as the video demonstrates.
