(Warrior via @the_itch1980)From the company that brought you Liverpool's incredibly modern retro away kit comes a new football boot called "Gambler." Among the nonsensical features like the "ace plate" and "outsider zone" are the "gloryholes." Yes, (do not click this link if easily offended) gloryholes. And if the allusion to holes designed to accomodate a sex act weren't clear enough, Warrior describes these gloryholes as being "for precision fit in sticky situations." This is real. It's right from their website.
At this point it's really hard to tell if Warrior is a real company or just a parody of modern sports equipment manufacturers being used as viral marketing for the next Grand Theft Auto game.
It was recently announced that Blackpool's Tom Ince has signed on to endorse these things. Will it help his game? Here he is, pictured at the Euro U21 Championships for England, not yet wearing gloryhole boots. England bombed out without winning a point in Israel, so the only way is up.
