    Good call Neal, I thought #3 would be a significant factor, does there number of USA Internationals ensure increased coverage stateside, both commercially and in the media? just interested. I was going to make a comment about their position in the league being a result of a make up of players from nations that are in the 2nd/3rd tier but with England's dismal showing of late a an upcoming friedly against the USA am going to keep a lid on any such bragging rights.
