Ugh. I finally had to bite the bullet and get rid of Given at ~1.50. I really miss that money elsewhere, but their upcoming schedule is brutal, and so is their back line, so I decided I had pushed my luck long enough. Pepe Reina wasn't ever going to be cheaper than he is now, and LIV's schedule looks awfully good going forward. Now I really hope someone brings in a serviceable striker from Europe before the deadline, because downgrading to McFad or EDS from the likes of Torres or Elk is not making me happy. C'mon Afonso Alves! And whatever happened to the Adriano to Citeh rumors? Surely they need to bring in a striker with Bianchi headed out.
