We all know it's a good idea to play the match-ups, but how far can you take the strategy?
Next weekend's fixture list contains one absolute banker - Chelsea v Wolves - top against second bottom.
What if you tried to cram as many Chelsea players as possible into your Fantasy side - would it pay off?
If you had had every one of Chelsea's starting 11 for the 4-0 win at Bolton, you would have picked up 145 points.
It wasn't even a particularly convincing win, it was away from home, and one of the goals was scored by a Bolton player.
You can expect a similar team haul, if not higher, against Wolves. With the exception of last weekend's win against Manchester United, Chelsea have been crushing opponents, and scored four or more goals in four straight games last month.
So, how many Chelsea players can you fit into your team?
Well, The Fantasist has managed to get nine, with one small wrinkle - we are counting Didier Drogba at his pre-season price of 10.76, not his present price of 17.08.
It's a bit sneaky but a reasonable tactic, since over 40 per cent of managers have had the Ivorian since the start of the season. The rest of the players are at their current price.
Frank Lampard's thigh injury means you can get all but two of Chelsea's likely starters in your side - the only players missing are Petr Cech and Nicolas Anelka.
Even with Lampard out, Carlo Ancelotti's squad rotation makes the midfield a bit of a lottery. The Fantasist has tipped Deco to miss out, but if you fancy to Portuguese to play, he can be drafted in at a cheaper price than Michael Ballack and Florent Malouda.
The Fantasist's (nearly) all-Chelsea team:
Boaz Myhill (Hull, 3.94)
Branislav Ivanovic (Chelsea,
10.17)
John Terry (Chelsea, 12.65)
Ricardo Carvalho (Chelsea, 11.84)
Ashley Cole (Chelsea, 12.66)
Michael Essien (Chelsea, 8.85)
Michael Ballack (Chelsea, 9.14)
Florent Malouda (Chelsea, 10.52)
Joe Cole (Chelsea, 6.66)
Didier Drogba (Chelsea, 10.76 - current price 17.08)
Kanu (Portsmouth,
2.78)
Total value: 99.97
Even with Kanu likely to score nothing and Myhill a bit risky at home to West Ham, The Fantasist reckons that's at least 100 points right there.

Double games for 4 teams this week....you'd be a fool to ignore that.
already got 6 of them, should plus terry and carvalho I guess...hhaha
i have drog at 11.99
ok did as you asked to ... got everyone from chelsea except for carvalho .. put folan up front with drogba ... and if i dont get 100 points i am going to kill you fantasist!
this just seems like a pointless exercise. i wouldn't bank on a chelsea tonking of Wolves. They already played Arsenal and are just likely to shell-up.
It is a nice alternative measure of the Premier League, to be able to see how the league would look, if instead of winning matches, you just stacked up the points accrued at the end of the season.
why wouldn't you load up on hull/everton/fulham/blackburn players?
they play twice this week!
think about it...those teams have like, no defence, so you know there will be shots taken, and goals scored. just my thought anyways. i think you copped out this week mr. fantasist.
80 Points at best.. DGrs getting you 100+ min.
this is f'in worthless.
I've seen some really bad posts on here, but recommending spending 46+ on 4 defenders is the worst.
9 of my players have two games heitinga scores more points in 180 minutes than terry in 90. if you buyed him at the begin of the season hes even less than 6.00
this is just utterly stupid...
Advice - Pick up players from any of the four teams that have two games this week, Chelsea isn't one of them.
A. Cole is injured and out for a few weeks, what the hell is this article talking about?
Ill still have two from Chelsea.. including Dog.
I have drogs at 10 + but Jummy, Dunn and Hunt are all great 2 gamer options...
How acn you not have Jummy, Dempsey, Dunn, Myhill and possibly even Duff and Hunt? All two gamers, all play and all have good matchups...throw in Drogba @ 10+, Defoe, J. Cole, Ivanovic, Vermaelen, Alexander on the cheap and you've got yourself a squad right there!!!
this is my team
bought for value now
Shay Given 6.02 7.84
John Terry 8.87 12.65
Ric Carvalho 9.62 11.84
Ash Cole 10.92 12.66
Bran Ivanovic 9.30 10.17
Mike Essien 7.97 8.85
Deco 7.07 9.03
Joe Cole 6.66 6.66
Jack Rodwell 4.08 4.19
Nico Anelka 15.78
Drogba 10.66

OK, isn't Ashley Cole supposed to be injured? And isn't it bad advice to bank on one team given that Hull, Everton, Fulham and Blackburn have a two-game week?
I'd pick Ivanovic (plays full back, and gets points off crosses), Terry (solid, doesn't get booked anymore, and keeps clean sheets), Joe Cole(Cheap, and Wolves is his time to shine when there's no Lampard), Drogba, and Ballack (Fantasy Points-wise I don't know how good a selection this is, but for some reason Chelsea always win when he plays, and lose when he doesn't.)
In Lampard's absence, all the midfielders will play a greater role, and Ballack might take a few set pieces. But that's it. 5 Chelsea players at most. Better picks for the other 6 in a fantasy team would the two-gamers like Saha, Bullard, Dempsey and Dunn.
Drogba's injured, so is Ashley Cole and Terry's doubtful.....looks like you might have to adjust things a little bit!
i will take note on the advice to pick players opposite the fantasist recommendation!

what about everton & blackburn playing second bottom teams twice this week?
This is really lazy writing in my opinion. article filled with flaws, cole injured, neglects to mention that four teams have two games! spending all that money on defenders. the only good pick i can see from that article is joe cole. poor article
drog has a broken ribs u moron!!!!!
Cashely is injured and isn't even going to play... Great idea to take him on at 12.66 for a guaranteed 0 points
pick DG is better
