So that was fun. Basically spent the day paralyzed by indecision. Cesc, Martins, CJerome, Torres, Adam Johnson... ??? What to do? Whom to pick? Match-ups. Rotation. Form. Argh!
So after reviewing the rules I decided that the final tie-breaker was the ever-popular "Pick whomever is playing Derby and/or Wigan." So good luck Torres and Martins! Best seasonal wishes to the festively named Eliot Omozusi. Here's hoping that Cesc doesn't make me regret dropping him off the barn door. Though you and I both know that he will.

From neal_thurman on Sun Dec 23 02:09PMBummer about Pienaar - Everton played well although it felt a little inevitable - ManYoo just kept coming and coming. Not many clubs that can keep out Rooney, Tevez, CRon, and Giggs out when they're playing like that.
At the same time, NUFC screwed by the ref who should have called a penalty on Mears (fouling Alan Smith who appeared to be trying a bicycle kick in the box - not sure what is the most surprising thing in that last sentence).
