Injuries & Suspensions

Fri Mar 14 02:49PM by Jeremy

This isn't a big week for injuries and suspensions.  Giggs and Saha doubts with EvdS out for the Derby match.  MPet and "Buy a Vowel Kuszczak suspended.  Otherwise, it's really a matter of looking at the two gamers and guessing who gets the most PT... and who makes the most of their PT.  Good luck with that.  I'm sure my picks will be wrong.

Walcott and RvP both match fit. So much for Bendtner as a cheap third striker...

Nolan is back. Back on my team, as well.

look at this quote from sky, pure class "Paul Jewell has the look of a man who went to bed with Naomi Campbell and woke up with Kevin Campbell"

New team name! However, I think Jewell knew he was taking Kevin home and is just waiting out the night in the hopes that come morning (in next season's Coke League - how appropriate) he'll wake up with Naomi.

i never ask for advice but i'd like a couple opinions on this b/c its been driving me crazy this entire week...Drogba vs Adebayor?!? i have K2 at like 13 and i noticed that Drogs is slightly less than what I have K2 for. does anyone think that Drogba will get to play both games? Cuz if he only plays one then i see no reason for me to drop K2. but if there's a chance he'll play both then i'd like to have him. damn...i so wish the Elk had stayed at bolton now. this would be such an easy decision if he had.

I would doubt very much indeed that Drogs will play both matches, Grant is more than obviously favouring players that are going to be there come next season. A start and a sub is about the best you can hope for with Drogs, but i'd say that is optimistic given the hard work Kalou has been putting in recently. If they play 2 upfront it's likely Drogs will be behind Kalou in pecking order. K2 may only be playing 1 game but he's as sure a starter as anyone in the league, he's also playing in a team that has hit a slump and will be looking to get out of that so he'll be leading the charge as far as goals are concerned, i'd stick with K2.

Could Newcastle's demise be somehow linked to the demise of Northern Rock?!! (Conspiracy theorists, take note). (5) Drogs stock has dropped. He is on the way out. Anelka and Kalou will get maximum minutes... My opinion, of course! (Ditto, if you have Aaron Lennon, perhaps sell for any other Spurs midfielder)

Why sell Lennon for any other Spurs midfielder?

I'm in a serious keeper crisis do I stick with Robinson and hope he makes a ton of saves against Chelsea and makes up for it an ManC or drop to DNH Given, hmmm ....

The Given choice is stale, you know what your going to get, with Robbo at least there is an element of surprise. Chelsea may have just notched 6 past Derby (I probably could) but they havn't been exactly free scoring.
