- - Crazy scenes here - to a man the EquatoGuinean players are in teers, weeping on the pitch. They can't believe it and, frankly, neither can I. Senegal were among the favourites - they have been poor, and they go home early.
90+8 THE WHISTLE GOES! Equatorial Guinea beat Senegal to make the quarter finals of the African Cup of Nations and they are in tears! They can't believe it! A bunch of jobbing semi-pros, mostly from Spain with African heritage, and they are through - and Senegal are out!!- 90+7 Provided they hold on and win this Doe won't be missed as a one-match ban will not rule him out of the quarters - remember, a win and the hosts are through.

90+5 Oh my word. Equatorial Guinea appear to have sealed their passage to the quarters and in some style - Kily got forward from right-back and it dropped to him 20 yards out and he just let rip with an incredible drive, especially given the conditions. Boom. Booked for getting his wabs out.
90+4 What a tackle from Kamissoko to deny N'Diaye! Then Danilo gathers safely as a high ball causes problems. Now The hosts counter, Kily on the edge of the box AND WHAT A GOAL! KILY WITH A SCREAMER! WINNING IT AT THE DEATH!!!
90+4 Juvenal's low ball in is cleared. N'Doye charges forward but N'Diaye gives it away. And Balboa counters, he's in down the left and he hammers a low driver past Coundoul but just wide!- 90+3 Kily on the right delays his cross as no-one is there so he buys the throw. Now they have a free-kick. Senegal boss Traore is going spare on the sidelines.
- 90+2 Now Cisse on the right is in space, great cross for N'Daw but the flag is up as he collides with Danilo!
- 90+1 Five minutes added time! Rui heads clear.
- 90' JUST WIDE FROM N'DIAYE! He smacked in a super low drive from the edge of the box, inches past the post.
- 89' GOAL SENEGAL! SOW DENIES THE HOSTS A WIN! He scrambled it in from close range after the hosts failed to clear their lines. Very lucky for Senegal, Rui's header hit a team-mate and fell to Cisse I think and it bounced to Sow, who finished from close range.
- 89' N'Doye is clobbered by Ekedo to win a free-kick as Ekanga comes back on. Surprise.
- 88' Hilarious on the replay - he was completely fine, looked about to see if he'd won the free-kick and when he realised he hadn't he launched into the most absurd roll. He is now stretchered off...

Had he not been so tired he had the run of the penalty area!

- 39' Bolado carries the ball forward as EG come on the counter, but his attempted through ball is cut out and Senegal come back at them.

- 25' Senegal's Diawara defends magnificently, standing strong and tackling firmly to stop an EG attack in its tracks.

- 22' MISS! Great chance for Ba to give Senegal the lead, but he sidefoots Dia's lovely squared cross wide. Nice play from Dia, but the finish was poor!
- 21' Nice through ball from Ndoye for Ba, but the striker stumbles and can't get it under control.
- 20' The pitch is almost a joke. Kamisoko looks almost certain to receive a routine pass but the ball stops dead in a completely sodden patch of turf, and he's forced to fly in with a sliding tackle.
