YAHOO GOT IT WRONG ON THE TEAM LINE- UP PHOTOS. LOOK AT B KONE of Bukina faso, They put THE PHOTO OF B KONE of Ivory Coast... you can see the B KONE is even wearing IVORIAN KIT...
When some refs are instantly punished for obviously partaking in injustice, others will learn. Giving a cheap penalty and unwarranted red cards in this kind of tournament deadens people's appetite to watch football. The ref did not think of winning an award for himself for good officiating. Now he has rubbished his name and Ghana will not be able to redeem it for him. This ref deserves justice since he denies it to Burkina-faso. CAF officials should take not.
Some of the decisions made by referees in this tournament are beyond belief and you have to ask if some of them are really neutral or have they been 'got at' in some way. Let's see if the tournament officials have the courage and integrity to right wrongs !
As a Nigerian, I would prefer to face Ghana in the finals cos they are rubbish and Bokina faso will be a hard nut to crack. However, I'm so happy that Bokina Faso went through despite the horrible officiating from the referee. I would highly recommend that CAF should discipline this ref if they (CAF) are not responsible for his awful manipulations during this game. Again, the best player on the pitch who was disgracefully sent off by the ref should have his red card overturned and allowed to play in the finals (though he is going to be a danger to Nigeria). I did also noticed the class and difference between clubs coached by a white man compared to those coached by their indigenous black coaches. The display on the field of play is clearly different. If no action is taken by CAF on the ref and also over running the red card, then African football is really going down the gutters.
am happy bukina faso made it 2ru the penalties so now let the referee go and commit siucide, infact fifa shoul retrieve thier certificate from the idiot referee that want to kill the African football was it because northafrica did not make it to the finals? he should be banned for life nonsence referee
Glad Burkina Faso won. That's payback time for the injustice in the hands of the referee.

Justice Finally has been done and the better team deserves to go through to face the flying SUPER EAGLES of Nigeria. Congrats BOKINA FASO for a victory well deserve.
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS SSSSSSSSSSS. GOOD BYE GHANA! I wonder what motor mouth Abedi ''Idiot'' Pele would be saying now!!!
waooo that bukinafaso derve the winnin the refere was on the side off the ghanians, GOD is not asleep,
The referee today was an absolute disgrace!!! He actually makes Howard Webb look like an Angel of Light which for me is a miracle in itself. The only good thing is that Burkina Faso still made it through cos it would have been a monumental injustice against them.
justice has been done .... ref should be sacked
Justice has prevailed.
Nigeria are gonna win the finals.
ALHAMDULILLAH ALLAH is the BEST referee. He has Made Justice.
#$%$....I'm in shock...and I'm Nigerian!
Anagba - 7 refs are on the shortlist from africa and Slim Jedidi (the one refereering today) is indeed one of them!
referee only robbed these match in favour of Ghana, CAF should be using the European referees to officiat the game of these class, shame to African football
Scandalous ref.....petroipa should be reinstated immediately if CAF to regain a fraction of integrity
These referees are making a fool of themselves on a global stage. What a shame. I wonder how many African referees will be officiating in the world cup.
