Mark Noble hobbles off clutching his groin and John Pantsil comes on to make his first appearance of the season...

- 34' Replays show perhaps it was six of one and half a dozen of the other... although it was clearly Turner who made the first offence...

- 32' Mifsud hares off once again on a mazy run across the face of goal... he's proving to be a real handful for the visitors...
- 30' It's all getting a bit scrappy in the middle of the park now... neither side can get their foot on the ball for a spell of about 45 seconds...
- 29' Turner rises highest to meet it... but Cole does enough to divert it behind for another corner... the second one is less impressive from Osbourne and the ball flies over everyone's head for a goal kick on the far side.
- 28' Mifsud wins another corner for Coventry as he and Best continue to give the West Ham defence a headache...
- 25' Coventry just stepped it up a bit there... good little spell of pressure.
- 24' And now Best skins Ferdinand on the far side... he shoots! Wright gets just enough on it to divert it round the post for a corner! Best effort of the game so far!

- 16' Oooh, McCartney could be in trouble here... he clearly pulls back Mifsud! And it's the first yellow of the night for the Hammers' defender.
- 15' Doyle and Bowyer clash in the air... looks to be a bit of an elbow from the Coventry skipper there, but the ref takes no action...
- 14' Coventry win the first corner of the game! But they can't create anything from it and West Ham clear their lines easily.
- 13' Good patient build-up play from West Ham, who are slowly getting in the game now, but Mullins' header glances wide of the mark from Etherington's cross...
