    • 45+2 Then Ellington nearly slices a ball into his own net but it falls into the arms of Roy Carroll.
    • 45+2 From the resulting corner the ball falls to Sidibe but his shot is deflected over by some last gasp defending from Paul Connolluy.
    • 45+1 Delap's low throw is headed wide by Powell. From one part of the ground it looked like it went into the net but it was actually well wide.
    • 44' This turgid half coming to an end now - everyone who planned a half-time cup of tea might decide to go for something stronger to help them get through this.
    • 42' Kazmierczak with a rare shot for Derby but that effort is never challenging Simonsen's goal.
    • 39' Another Stoke corner actually leads to a counter-attack for Derby but Green's cross can't find a Derby shirt.

    • 23' Darren Powell heads a Delap throw out for a corner. Decent ball in from Cresswell but Derby defend well again.
    • 21' Stoke are getting on top of things a bit but they are being wasteful too. A woeful cross from Andy Griffin just now ends another attack for them.
