- Thanks for joining us this evening!
- FT. And that's it! A great game and City are through to the third round of the Carling Cup!
90'+2 Given saves at his near post as Scannell gets in, and there's another failed penalty appeal as Richards seems to haul Danns down in the melée in the area!
90' Penalty appeals waved away for the home side! Smith juggles the ball inside City's area and it appears to strike Bridge on the hand, but the ref's not having it!
89' Derry slams a cut-back straight at Given! Late chance for the Palace man to pull one back!
86' De Jong gets on in place of Tevez for the final few minutes of the game...
83' Tevez tries to beat Speroni at his near post after weaving in and out of a challenge, but the Palace keeper's been on top form this evening.
77' Derry hammers well wide as he rushes onto a clearance on the edge of the City area. Good chance, and he should've at least got that on target...
76' Bridge causes Moses some discomfort with a full-blooded challenge...
73' A host of changes, as Scannell and Smith replace Ambrose and Sears for Palace, while Bellamy comes on for Robinho as City make one too.
72' A simple enough headed finish for the Argentine, who is allowed to nod home with Palace's defence distracted by a dummy run across the near post.
71' GOAL FOR CITY! TEVEZ WITH A NEAR-POST HEADER!
70' Bridge is let in behind by Robinho's pass and he fires the ball across the face of goal, and Hill has to turn it behind for a City corner.
68' Clyne does so well to get inside Bridge and he pulls the ball back to Moses, who fires high and wide!
60' Danns makes it to the by-line and cuts it back into the danger area for Ambrose, who hesitates. He thought Lescott would get a toe on it but the defender didn't, and the chance goes begging as City manage to clear.
54' SWP HITS THE BAR! Robinho cuts the home defence with a marvellous pass and SWP dinks it over Speroni but hits the woodwork! City have clicked, and how!
53' GREAT SAVE FROM SPERONI! Adebayor homes in on goal after being freed and Speroni makes a magnificent save as he spreads himself well.
51' From Lescott's defensive interception City take the lead. Robinho fed Ireland in the middle and he saw SWP running the overlap on the right. A touch and powerful strike past Speroni from the winger gives the Premier League side the lead.
50' GOAL FOR CITY! AWESOME STRIKE FROM SWP!
46' And we're back underway for the second half...
- HT. And there's the whistle. Goalless at the interval and Palace have more than matched their illustrious opponents.
42' N'Diaye gets a flick on and Sears is in! Given races out and Sears gets his head on the ball, but the keeper makes another good save!!
41' Bridge is wrongly flagged offside as Robinho finds him on the overlap. He was a good yard onside there...
36' Speroni is out like a shot to deny Tevez! The striker exchanges a superb one-two with Ireland and looks certain to score, but Palace's keeper reads it well and is right up in Tevez's face to make a great save!
34' City break and Adebayor throws off McCarthy with a great shimmy before firing off a curling shot that Speroni slashes over with his fist.
31' So close from Ambrose! Palace attack and the midfielder rasps a shot from 25 yards an inch over Given's bar...
26' Robinho's caught off again, and this time it's most definitely the correct decision.
24' Derry finds Sears in absolutely acres of space! The youngster can't seem to believe his luck and takes his time before smashing the ball into Given, who's been made to work a fair bit so far...
16' Ireland finds Robinho with a great long ball, but offside is given. The Brazilian was inside his own half when the ball was played however - it was Adebayor in the middle who was marginally off...
14' Given forced into a near-post save as Moses gets in down the left and tries to curl one past the City keeper! McCarthy then forces Given into a save from the resulting corner. Palace are flying!
12' City hit Palace on the break and Clyne makes a great interception to deny Robinho a simple goal. Tevez nodded SWP's chipped ball into the Brazilian's path, but Clyne read it very well.
9' Richards is booked for scything down Moses as Palace attack. The home side are causing some real problems for City...
7' Palace win a free-kick in a promising spot and it's lofted to the back post, where Hill forces Given to save. Moses then wins a corner...
3' Tevez slices a shot wide as he's fed in via Adebayor and Barry. City are smooth.

Colorado Springs police say they have arrested a 21-year-old man for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl and possibly many other girls.
The Colorado Springs Police Department says they were notified on Wednesday that a 14-year-old girl had been sexually assaulted by an adult male. Police learned that the girl had met the 21-year-old male in an online chat before agreeing to meet in person.
Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) say the suspect was identified as 21-year-old Barry J. Wilson III, of Colorado Springs. Detectives then found Wilson online and an undercover investigator started to chat with him, pretending to be another 14-year-old girl. They agreed to meet in a park on the west side of Colorado Springs at a set time. The suspect appeared at the park, and was arrested without incident.
Further investigation revealed that Wilson had met with and sexually assaulted other juvenile girls. Detectives are still investigating the total number and identity of additional victims.
Wilson is being held on $100,000 bond for two counts of Sexual Assault on a Child and one count of Internet Luring.
