Although I'm not a United fan...friends of mine­ went to watch the match...Dads & sons..lovely­ people who I adore..on their way back to their hotel,a­ car screamed to a halt beside them..a few young thugs­ got out and battered them all with iron bars..they are­ in hostpital awaiting results from the neurological­ specialists..they have sustained head injuries that­ needed quite a few stitches,teeth knocked out and­ broken noses !!
    This senseless violence was totally­ unprevoked......The British Consulate has been informed­ and we are all awaiting more news...
    What should have­ been a fun family/friend outing has turned into a­ nightmare...
    I hope those yobs are caught on cctv and­ imprisoned asap.
