    • 90+2 Oh dear, Sissoko gets a yellow for a needless handball. Ah, ok, that's his second, meaning he misses the dead-rubber clash with BATE. Clever boy.
    • 90' Danny almost gets in on the right but a great block from Mellberg saves the day, throw in on the right.
    • 87' Chiellini is called for handball 35 yards out. Amauri on for Iaquinta.
    • 86' Another half-chance for Zenit after Manninger almost drops the ball into Danny's pass.
    • 85' Sirl to take a free kick from the right... He swings in a great cross low that zips past everyone and into the bottom right but tipped behind by Manninger! Good save by the Austrian, who looks better than a back-up keeper on this showing.

A whole host of chances for Juve there, surely they must score sooner rather than later?

    • 45+2 Somehow that first half remains goalless after a host of chances at both ends.
    • 45+1 Arshavin will take this free-kick from the left but a poor delivery, headed away by Sissoko. It's back with Arshavin but again the cross is bad and Marchisio gets it away... Still with Zenit, Denisov on the wing but his cross is cleared to Tymoschuk on the edge of the box and he drills it in low but blocked and Juve clear.
    • 45' Anyukov with a good cross but headed clear. Now Camoranesi goes in two-footed on Sirl and gets a booking.
    • 44' Zenit re-camp down the right wing, Arshavin and Denisov combine again but Chiellini intercepts and clears. The ball then breaks to Dany on the left but his cross is cleared by that man Chiellini.
    • 43' Camoranesi with a great run down the right, he cuts inside and plays a superb through ball for Iaquinta but he foolishly doesn't check his run and is offside. To compound his poor play, he carries on running with the ball even though he clearly heard the whistle and hammers a shot straight at Malafeev. Yellow card for dissent.
    • 42' Tymoschuk with a through ball to Progrebniak, who goes down but nothing doing. Juve break and Iaquinta tries a reverse pass to Del Piero but it doesn't get there and Malafeev claims.
    • 40' The corner is swung in from the left, Juve don't clear and it drops to Tymoschuk with the drive which is blocked and Denisov fires in but the flag is up, about five white shirts were offside when the initial shot went in.
    • 39' Tymoschuk will take it this time, and he drills it low to force Manninger into a dive and save! Corner Zenit, good effort from the Ukraine man.
    • 38' Zenit break, they have men over and good be in here but Arshavin's final ball is poor, still with Zenit and Camoranesi clatters into Denisov and it's a free-kick around 30 yards out...
    • 37' Nedved wide to Grygera who drills in a low cross for Camoranesi but blocked and cleared. Juve getting a lot of joy down the right.

    • 31' A good spell of Zenit possession on the edge of the Juve box results in nothing after Anyukov wastes an opportunity to swing a testing cross in, instead skewing it out of play.
    • 29' A promising move from Zenit breaks down with the through ball just too zippy for Arshavin to get onto. The hosts have had more possession so far, while Juve have created by far the better chances.
