    Time:90'
    • Olympique Marseille
    • FC Zürich
    • 45'+3 Peep...Peep...Peep!!!!That, as they say, is that. Marseille have given themselves a great chance of qualifying from Group C after this rout. FC Zurich were always in it but fell away in the final ten minutes. It's been emotional.
    • 90' GOAL FOR MARSEILLE!!! As if it couldn't get any worse for Zurich. Niang crosses from the left and Brandao slots it in from three yards. It's a rout.
    • 87' GOAL FOR MARSEILLE!!! And what a goal. Benoit Cheyrou caps a wonderful display by picking the ball up just inside his own half. He plays a neat one-two before thumping the ball home from 30 yards. You don't stop those, you watch 'em. Pure class.
    • 85' Zurich are playing for pride now. The possession stat says it's been 50-50. But in real terms there's been a gulf between the two sides.
    • 83' Sub Marseille: Mbia is replaced by Edouard Cisse.
    • 81' GOAL FOR MARSEILLE!!!...and Zurich have been made to pay. They couldn't clear the resulting free-kick and Hilton lashes home from 12 yards. 4-1. Game over.
    • 80' Caution for Zurich's Stahel for a foul on Brandao. He's mightly unlucky. Brandao made the most of that.....
    • 77' Must be last-chance saloon for Zurich now...and they nearly score! Skipper Tihinen comes forward for a free-kick and is denied six yards out by Mandanda. Great save.
    • 76' Sub Zurich: Adrian Nikci comes on for Alexandre Alphonse.
    • 71' Marseille look like they've settled for 3-1. They're defending deeper and not sending as many men forward. It may come back to haunt them as Zurich continue to plunder forward.
    • 68' Sub Marseille: Charles Kabore replaces Bakari Kone.
    • 66' Cautions for Marseille's Mbia and Cheyrou. Tihinen of Zurich also goes into the book. All handbags really.
    • 65' What a chance for Zurich. Djuric is clean through but, somehow, Bocaly makes a last-ditch challenge to concede the corner. Great defending.
    • 60' Sub Marseille: Kone comes off and Mathieu Valbuena replaces him.
    • 58' Marseille are feeling confident. Hilton smacks a free-kick from 30 yards that is still rising...
    • 57' Zurich don't know whether to stick or twist. On the one hand they need two goals to get anything from this match. On the other, Marseille look like scoring every time they go forward. Who'd be a coach, eh?
    • 55' Marseille have come out with a clear game-plan for this half. Attack the Swiss at speed. It's leaving them short in midfield but causing all kinds of problems for Zurich.
    • 52' GOAL FOR MARSEILLE!!! Now that was a bit special. Niang played a one-two with Kone before racing into the box and lobbing the keeper. You can't teach that.
    • 50' From the resulting free-kick Heinze whistles the shot just over the Zurich bar from 25 yards.
    • 49' Caution for FC Zurich's Onyekachi Okonkwo. He was all over Marseille's Bakari Kone like a cheap suit.
    • 47 Glorious chance for Zurich to level. A long hopeful punt put Philippe Koch clean though but he snatched at the shot and it sailed over.
    • - It's Marseille who get us underway this half.
    • 45'+3 That's half-time. It's been a cracking first 45 minutes. Marseille raced into a two-goal lead before Zurich pegged them back. It's all set for a pulsating second half.
    • 45' There will be three minutes added time.
    • 42' Marseille coach Didier Deschamps is biting his nails on the bench. I don't blame him. His team should be out of sight. Instead, they're involved in a real encounter.
    • 39' FC Zurich look more settled now. They're starting to look more dangerous going forward with Johan Vonlanthen a constant danger. Marseille beware...
    • 35' Nearly 2-2. FC Zurich's Okonkwo takes a touch 25 yards out then hits a swerving half-volley that only just slides past the post.
    • 34' Marseille almost restore their two-goal lead. A Cheyrou free-kick from the right beats everyone, again, but this time Zurich keeper Leoni beats it away. That was close.
    • 30' GOAL for FC Zurich!!! 2-1. What a strike! After keeping the ball for what seemed an age Zurich moved quickly around the box. Alphonse took his time to sweep a delicious right-footed drive past Steve Mandanda. Game on!
    • 25' Should have been 3-0. Brandao has put it over from eight yards. Keeper Leoni and Koch got in a terrible muddle but the striker makes a real hash of it.
    • 24' I can see why Manchester United and Real Madrid got rid of Gabriel Heinze. The Marseille left-back is having an absolute shocker.
    • 20' Marseille striker Brandao is cautioned and he doesn't look too happy about it. It was only a nudge on the defender. Not too sure about that.
    • 18' Nearly 3-0 for the French side. Benoit Cheyrou chased his own pass and forced Leoni into a smart save at his near post with a shot on the angle.
    • 15' What now for FC Zurich? They look like they've been caught in the headlights a bit here. If they're not careful Marseille could put this to bed before half-time.
    • 11' GOAL!! 2-0 to Marseille! It's that man Mbia again with a freekick. This time no one gets a touch and Zurich keeper Leoni is well beaten. What now for Zurich?
    • 9' Marseille playing with lots of confidence. Benoit Cheyrou is starting to pull the strings in midfield.
    • 4' OWN GOAL!! 1-0 to Marseille. Mbia swung in a free-kick from the left and Aegerter could only help it on its way past his own keeper. Disaster for FC Zurich.
    • 3' Lively start from both teams with Marseille forcing the first corner but Zurich defend it well.
    • - We're off with FC Zurich getting the 1st half underway.
    • - Marseille beat Zurich on Matchday Three so the unfancied Swiss side will have one eye on revenge tonight and another on cementing their place in the group.
    • - Zurich have won their last three European away games without conceding a goal, including a surprise 1-0 win over Milan this season.
    • - Marseille, the first Champions League winners, are playing in their 150th European game. Their next goal will be their 50th in the CL, a relatively modest total for a team that has played 40 games in the competition.
    • - Evening all. It's the plush Stade Veledrome that welcomes FC Zurich tonight as Marseille aim to become a thorn in the roses of AC Milan and Real Madrid in this Group C clash.
    • - FC Zurich: Leoni, Stahel, Tihinen, Rochat, Koch, Onyekachi Okonkwo, Aegerter, Djuric; Margairaz, Vonlanthen, Alphonse
    • - Olympique Marseille: Mandanda, Bocaly, Diawara, Hilton, Heinze, Cheyrou, Mbia, Abriel, Kone, Brandao, Niang
