    • 6' Frenetic pace to the game.
    • 5' The tackles are flying in early on. Rangers are up for it, but they can't get the ball.
    • 4' Walter Smith has set his Rangers team out in a 3-4-3 formation. Ambitious, but are the players up to the task?
    • 3' Robust challenge from Thomson on Osorio. He won't get away with too many of them....
    • 2' Rudy looks dangerous down the right wing, he just turned Lafferty inside out, sadly his cross was terrible.
    • 1' And we're off, Stuggart kicking left to right.
    • ' Walter Smith's men will want to keep an eye on former Gunner Hleb.

    • ' The Spanish side are already assured of their place in the last 16, but top spot in the group is still up for grabs as they make the trip to Romania.
    • ' The Scottish champions must beat Stuttgart at Ibrox and hope that Unirea Urziceni fail to beat Sevilla.

  8. my point 206 is two things is why call it CHAMPIONS LEAGUE when the champions of the leagues takin part r joined by the runners up 3rd 4th etc in other leagues it would give the champions of those leagues a better share of the money, the other point is the epl would not be anywhere if it wasn't for sky tv ,sky has pumped millions of pounds in the epl and lower leagues,if sky were ever to pull out of screenin the epl the standard of the game will slowly die without the money, all am sayin is MONEY TALKS

From Bonzo Dog, on Wed 25 Nov 4:01AM
  14. 205: Stupid, stupid comment. The facts is EPL is at least 10 times better than SPL, and the top 4 from EPL would annihilate Rangers and Celtic any day. And SPL is pointless, the same two teams win every week/season and they get the top 2 spots everytime. With the EPL, Everton/Aston Villa/Tottenham/Man City all have a massive chance now to grab a spot in the top 4 and it seems every season there is progress by these clubs getting closer and closer. But with the SPL Celtic and Rangers win most weeks, every season. Its pointless.

From Sam D, on Wed 25 Nov 2:05AM
  15. the champions league is a complete farce it should get a shake up like the europa league,( speaking as a rangers fan ) it's no wonder our finances are so poor when the team coming 2nd 3rd 4th in th e.p.l gets a champions league spot taking away much needed money for the gers in tv, sponserships etc,i know it happens in most of the top european leagues, maybe if got better income we could invest in the squad and progress in the champions league and in europe as a whole

From wuls, on Wed 25 Nov 12:34AM
