    • 90' Three minutes added on.
    • 89' This time Fanni's cross is better for Ayew. His effort is straight at the keeper, though, much to his visable frustration.
    • 87' Fanni's cross is met by Andre Ayew but his header is wide. It was a difficult chance as the ball was behind him.
    • 83' Final change for the hosts, Cheyrou is replaced by Kabore.
    • 80' Change for OM, Fanni is on for Amalfitano.
    • 78' Amalfitano's cross is met by Andre Ayew but he heads his effort wide. Best chance of the half, if not the game, for Marseille.
    • 74' Oooh, good chance. Sneijder whips in a free-kick and Stankovic sticks out a leg but can only send his effort straight at the keeper.
    • 73' Diawara is booked for a foul on Obi.
    • 73' Brandao is replaced by Jordan Ayew for OM.
    • 69' Neither goalkeeper has been tested in this second half thus far.
    • 66' Chivu is booked for a hefty challenge on Amalfitano.

    • 59' Now Zarate goes into the book for blocking the run of Ayew.
    • 57' First booking of the night goes to Stankovic for a clumsy challenge on Valbuena.
    • 55' Good spell of play by Inter is ended when Zarate's cross comes to nothing. It's not the first time his end product has been poor tonight.
    • 52' Marseille will be pleased with their start to the second half. No goalmouth chances though.
    • 50' Forlan is caught offside.
    • 47' Brandao header is comfortably saved by Julio Cesar.

    • 46' Inter have made a change at half-time, Nagatomo is on for Maicon.
    • 45' There goes the half-time whistle. An interesting first half, but not too many chances to write home about.
    • 43' Forlan does well to hold the ball up and bring Cambiasso into play. He goes for goal but his shot is deflected and loops up into the arms of Mandanda.
    • 42' Again it's poor from Cheyrou, who hits his effort straight into the wall.
    • 41' Sneijder makes an awful pass and gives it straight to Valbuena. He finds Brandao who's fouled just outside the box by Samuel. It's a free-kick to the hosts just outside the box.
    • 38' Brandao is flagged offside.
    • 37' Zarate meets Cambiasso's pull-back but opts to place his shot and it's easily saved. If he's gone for power, he could well have found the net. Good chance that for Inter.
    • 34' The game is still evenly poised with just over 10 minutes until half-time.
    • 31' Forlan is offside and catches Mandanda as he looks to get onto the ball.
    • 30' How did that stay out? A free-kick is swung into the box but a combination of Ayew and Diawara contrive to put the ball out of play. The Inter defence was nowhere to be seen then.
    • 28' Cambiasso is caught just offside. Good save to deny the Inter man, though.
    • 28' Sneijder goes for goal but his free-kick hits the wall.
    • 27' Another quick break by Inter is ended when Diarra fouls Zarate. It's a free-kick in a dangerous position.
    • 22' Zarate floats a lovely ball over the defence for Forlan, who races down the right. He has a shot but it's weak and scuffed. It would have taken a lot to score from there.
    • 20' A cross into the Inter box is only half-cleared as far as Azpilicueta. He hits it on the volley but it fizzes just over the bar. Good effort.
    • 18' Long-distance effort by Morel is a long way off target.
    • 17' Zanetti loops a ball forward and as the OM defence dither, he races onto his own pass and gets in a cross. Zarate gets there before the keeper but knocks it out of play.
    • 13' Lucio makes a good challenge on Cheyrou in the area. It's been a lively opening.
    • 11' Best chance so far - Forlan gets on the end of Cambiasso's cross but his half-volley is tipped over the bar by Mandanda.
    • 7' Good defensive header by Samuel as Ayew looked to get on the end of a Azpilicueta cross.
    • 6' Zarate does well to break with the ball but he then shows too much of the ball to Diawara and the centre-back is able to clear the danger.
    • 4' The free-kick from Cheyrou is lame and goes straight into the wall.
    • 3' The corner is cleared but OM win a free-kick just outside the box for a foul by Zarate on Azpilicueta. Bit harsh that.
    • 3' Cheyrou shoots from distance and it's deflected just behind.
    • 2' Confident start by Marseille.
    • 1' Early foul by Ayew on Maicon earns Inter a free-kick in their own area.
    • 1' Marseille get things under way.
    • 19:44 The teams are in the tunnel. Kick-off is a few minutes away.
    • 19:42 What are your predictions for tonight's game then?
    • 19:34 Tonight's referee is Cuneyt Cakir from Turkey.
    • 19:32 The sides have met just twice before, in the quarter-finals of the 2003/04 UEFA Cup, when OM prevailed 2-0 on aggregate before eventually falling to Valencia in the final.
    • 19:32 That said they are unbeaten in their last five games and lie just three points off a Champions League spot.
    • 19:32 Marseille have been in less than convincing league form themselves, drawing their last two matches to fall further off the pace at the top of Ligue 1, with the gap to the top now 12 points.
    • 19:31 That form has seen Inter drop to seventh in the table, heaping pressure on coach Claudio Ranieri, for whom the Champions League offers one final chance of redemption this season.
    • 19:31 February has not been kind to Inter, who have lost five out of their last six matches. The Italian side slumped to a 3-0 home defeat to Bologna on Friday, their third consecutive Serie A defeat and second straight at home following the 1-0 loss to relegation-threatened Novara.
    • 19:28 Inter Milan: Julio Cesar, Maicon, Lucio, Samuel, Chivu, Zanetti, Stankovic, Cambiasso, Zarate, Sneijder, Forlan. Subs: Castellazzi, Pazzini, Poli, Obi, Milito, Ranocchia, Nagatomo.
    • 19:27 Marseille: Mandanda, Azpilicueta, Diawara, N'Koulou, Morel, Diarra, Cheyrou, Amalfitano, Valbuena, Andre Ayew, Brandao. Subs: Bracigliano, Gignac, Kabore, Traore, Jordan Ayew, Fanni, Sabo.
    • 19:27 The teams are in...
    • 19:20 Didier Deschamps, on defeating Ranieri's Chelsea when Monaco manager in 2004: "I don't think there's such a thing as revenge in football. There's history – what happened, happened, and it went well for me, and less well for him – and now it's a new chapter. I think from my side, and from his too, there's lots of respect, but it's not Ranieri v Deschamps. It's really about Marseille against Inter."
    • 19:15 Claudio Ranieri on Wesley Sneijder: "He's not a problem but a solution - but at the right time. I think an Inter coach is duty-bound to try to integrate players with a special quality. I'll have to take some decisions and I will."
    • 19:10 Marseille are missing key forward Loic Remy due to a hamstring injury while Stephane Mbia and Andre-Pierre Gignac are also absent. Midfielder Alou Diarra was injured in the 1-1 draw with Valenciennes at the weekend but is expected to be fit.
    • 19:05 Walter Samuel could return to strengthen the Inter defence following a thigh strain while Diego Forlan is now available having been cup-tied for the group stages. Otherwise Inter have no new injury concerns, but a decision must be taken over Wesley Sneijder, who is fit but has not performed well of late.
