90+3' Full-time and Chelsea get their first win of the Champions League title defence which ultimately didn't look as much of a task as it actually was. 4-0 the final score against a Nordsjaelland side who gave a strong account of themselves in their first home fixture in the competition.
89' GOAL! 4-0 Chelsea as Oscar bursts between two defenders from Torres' lay-off and squares for a Ramires tap-in.
85' Nordsjaelland's final change sees Michael Laudrup's son Andreas on for Lorentzen.
82' MATA! It's three! The resistance has been shattered by the Luiz goal and the Spaniard gets his second after his attempt to thread Lampard through is blocked and comes back into his path. 0-3
79' Now another Chelsea free-kick, a few yardsa further out and more to the left. Luiz will take this one... AND IT'S IN! Excellent set play from the Brazilian and Chelsea finally have a comfortable advantage. 0-2
77' Now Ramires evades Runje only for the defender to bring him down before he can strike inside the 'D'. That's an easy booking.
75' Soren Christensen is on for Beckmann in Nordsjaelland's second switch.
74' Replays show Cech got vital fingertips on the John strike...
73' Chelsea fail to clear their lines and John cuts inside, skips a challenge and curls an effort onto Cech's post! Beckmann's follow-up blocked by Cole! Chelsea skating on thin ice!
65' Both sides make their first substitution of the match: Mario Ticinovic replaces Nordstrand for the Danes, and Eden Hazard enters the fray at the expense of Moses.
63' Stokholm! Good drive and an equally strong parry from Cech to keep out an equaliser!
54' Max Bendle (@maxbendle) says "I predict chelsea 3-0 torres twice or torres and oscar............................. or cech", and Arup Singh (@arupjack) is, and I quote... "..waiting for Torres goal"
53' Moses mugs Parkhurst for possession but the whistle goes for a foul by the former Wigan man just before he slots the ball home.
46' The home team get the second half started. They trail by the solitary Mata goal.
45+1' The hosts look to attack with numbers but fluff their lines and lose the ball. And there's the whistle. Chelsea lead at the break by Juan Mata's strike but occasional hesitation aside, the Danish champions have looked half-decent. Keep your thoughts coming through the interval via Twitter @liamhappe
44' Torres! Saved by Hansen! It's put back in the Spaniard's path but though he nets, he's well offside the second time around.
42' Joe Sawaya (@thejoesawaya) says: "It is an away day champions league game! I would be surprised if it were easy! But chelsea to explode now"
33' GOAL! The resistance comes to an end as Adu is caught in possession trying to play his way out of his own final third and Torres and Lampard work it through to Mata for a cool finish. 0-1
20' Low cross from the left into Lorentzen who is eight yards from goal! Cole in with a terrific slide challenge to prevent another worrying start for an English club!
10' Now Mata strides down the right flank and pulls the centre back for Lampard to strike on the edge of the box and it's just over the bar!
5' Some predictions are coming in: Richard Murray (@thetenner10) didn't leave a score but says "should be a win for Chelsea" while David Miller {@ebblon) says "3-1 to Chelsea with Torres scoring a double and Oscar with a goal as well" and Ahmad Dana @ahmaddana1 says "my prediction is 3-0 (Torres,Torres and Moses)".
1' Chelsea get the match underway.

Yeah, thank you Shaun for your comment on Chelsea. Thumb's down for you though because you said the actual thing but you didn't really see your comment from the right perspective with which you said it. Let me quickly show you some highlights of your statement. You said Roman chose Chelsea and that's why WE are doing great, you said if he had chosen Arsenal the same would have happened, yes you are wright but you are forgetting something i said in my statement that Chelsea is God's own club. That's why He made Roman to choose Chelsea and end all the sufferings we 've been facing all these while. God works in mysterious ways, He does as he likes. So my brother don't blame Roman for choosing Chelsea cos if you do then you are saying God is wrong and God is never wrong, He is always and will forever be wright. So, just accept it as a Destiny. It's nobody's handy work but the Lord's. Thank you and God Bless. Up chelsea......... Chelsea for life bro. Join us and you 'll never regret it because GOD is with us all in Chelsea club.
The only reason that Chelsea are "allowed " to operate in this realm is because Abramovic chose you and not another club. Arsenal have done it the right way and deserve respect. Chelsea are the play thing of a very rich man who has ruined the English game. Just like Man City, you really have no credibility. Of course you think you are here on merit. But you ain't. You're here by chance. It's a fluke. Abramovic could have chosen another club and you'd have to exist within your means just like most other clubs.

Happy Chelsea fans. Blues are getting close to ideal form play by play. Di Matteo should find his optimum arrangement sooner, otherwise Blue's momentum may be faded.
Chelsea is the BOSS!!
As I predicted 4-0 but no oscar goal but he is brilliant in every match. Get neymar to chelsea, we will be unstoppable. There will be 4 Brazillian in chelsea. All hail.
Yeah, great win to Chelsea and for all of us Chelsea fans but we must face it. We are not playing well serious enough,i mean kill all these shy opponents off from the start. It was mixed feelings on my side for Torres last night. He should be brutal and be techically strong. A good example was seen in Falcao when he was playing Chelsea in the super cup, he knew he was playing against the best team in Europe and He came out smoking against Chelsea.I so appreciate his urge and fight against us. I think Torres should get the video and watch how hungry and with complete determination and dedication that guy played or else i fear the worse of an end for Torres in a Chelsea shirt. Chelsea is God's own personal team and we are so enjoying His grace all the time we play but God worked to achieve the greatest of things we enjoy today on the Earth so Torres should work and be seen as one the best in the World by banging in Goals on all fronts and all other things in terms of accolades will follow for him. He is in a club where he can achieve accolades of becoming the best player in the world and in Europe because God is a Chelsea fan and He is with us in a completely and special form. So i do believe if Torres works hard enough and with God on our side he will be good and better and even become the best footballer in him. Up Chelsea...Chelsea for ever. Great win for us and more of it to come. God Bless.
@Big Dave, #60 I'm guessing you're tired with life bcos you're too big....Oh I mean too Fat, so you think hating on the champions is the right thing to do. And for those talking about parking the bus, please note this, you can't "park the bus" and still score a goal because the goal is far away from where you park the bus, and then you talk of being down to ten men against Eleven men of Barcelona. It's all tactics y'all twatiiiesss...game plan in a very simple english.
the fear of chelsea is the beginning of wisdom
congratulation blues
Dizzy you do talk some garbage. You don't come from 2-0 down in barca, with only 10 men by parking the bus.
@43 Robert, hope you had a fiver on 4-0? Well done Chelsea, what a difference a goal makes, Danish side fell apart in the end.
Believe in Di Matteo now Chelsea fans, the man is proving his critics wrong and doing the business.
yes! great win for Chelsea but i was disappointed with Torres's finishing...
Told ya Chelsea wold score 4. They gonna win the cup again!
#60 I think Chelsea deserve to be in CL seen as they did win last year if anything they need to be in the CL to make the cup better
Its a matter of time before we concede to this garbage team....I don't like the game plan (defend to death)!!

Another former NE Revolution player in Parkhurst. Like Dempsey, not so bad. Working his way up the 'ladder'. Still, right about now is when the dam breaks for the smaller teams and the score gets out of hand. hope they can keep it close and get one or two more chances for the draw.
