  3. Bristol city played some lovely football and the score­ could have and should have been more. Palace were not­ that bad a team in there build up play but were very­ unshore at the back but carried a threat up front. The­ palace manager needs to sort out his defence and quick­ or palace will be in deep trouble before the season­ even gets going. A classy performance by the Robins who­ have made some great signings and look a far better­ side than last year and could go far as long as they­ keep up this level of performance. PALACE FANS Palace will continue getting blitzed till­ they learn that you cannot put a decent side together­ with just loan players and free transfers, do you blame­ the owners? or the manager? bit of both I think,­ Freedman for a start only has one strength and that­ being he is a very good defensive tactician, but right­ now he cant even get that bit right, 7 goals leaked in­ 2 games is just not good enough for a man with only one­ philosophy. Your owners are to blame for pocketing­ the money raised from the Clyne and Ambrose sales, and­ then to bring in free rubbish again. No investment on­ the team will spell further decline, perhaps relegation­ which means lesser crowds, lesser revenue, all pointing­ to the possibility of administration again if the­ owners do not buck their ideas up and invest something­ into the team.
