    • 12' Baros is working hard, and making plenty of runs to provide the outlet. So far, however, the Czech midfield is not ticking and decidely second-best.

    • 3' Lively start to the match. Portugal haven't got the ball down yet. Libor Sionko cuts inside from the right, but his shot is blocked.
    • 1' And we're under way! The Czechs swarm forward from the off, but Baros fouls and concedes an early free-kick.

    • - Warm sunshine greets the players at the Stade de Geneve. The pitch is immaculate and the atmosphere is building. The Portuguese have a lot to live up after their opening performance, but the Czech's will be hard to break down and there's a danger this could be a cagey affair.
    • - Both these sides won their opening matches - Portugal in scintillating fashion against Turkey, the Czechs with a more workmanlike effort to dismiss co-hosts Switzerland. Unsurprisingly there are few changes to their starting line-ups. Portugal are unchanged, while the Czechs bring in Milan Baros for Jan Koller up top, and Marek Matejovsky comes in for David Jaroli, in midfield.
