Everton put a completely new back four out in this game and even Distinn who is our most experienced defender and a very good player has only played a hand full of games.
Nobody will ever know but put fulham in Everton's group against Benfica one of the mosty famous clubs in Europe and I am sure Benfica woul win.
One-Nil or Five-Nil it is still a defeat and I would like to point out 3 goals in five minutes early in the second half.A completely makeshift Everton defence but at our best I believe we can match teams like Benfica.
Can not wait for the game at Goodison but don't be surprised if both of these teams qualify.No wonder...not the strong squad of Everton!! Jagielka,Arteta,Naville,Pinaar, Osmond are injured...
