- 90' Vucinic with a mazy dribble down the left but Pantsil blocks his cross for a corner.
- 89' A promising Roma counter breakd down as Duff follows it out for a goal kick.

- 78' Menez to take this... he puts it low to the left but a great save by Schwarzer! What a stop and Fulham's players rush around him to thank him.
- 77' The ref changes his mind, Kelly goes and, even though he was the one insisting it was not Hangeland, he refuses to go. Now he goes. Farcical.
77' Riise races into the box and he goes down in a heap and it's a penalty! And the ref sends Hangeland off! But it was Kelly! The assistant has told him who to card but Fulham are adamant it was Kelly.
76' FULHAM SUB: Duff on for Riise, who gets a round of applause from the fans and big brother. Aw, sweet.- 75' Fulham with a good break as the cross comes in from Gera but headed clear with Kamara flying in. Nevland gives away a free-kick.

- 73' Baird clears from Gilberti but it's a weak one and Roma can come again.
- 72' Roma are really testing the Whites and it drops to De Rossi on the edge of the box but his half-volley is well over.
- 71' The ball flies into the Fulham box, half-cleared and it drops to VUCINIC WITH A RISING DRIVE BUT SCHWARZER PARRIES! Still not clear though...

- 57' Fulham break, long to Zamora on halfway, he flicks it on and spins to run on to it, brilliant from Zamora, he's in down the left and Kamara is unmarked but Mexes gets back just in time to hack over for a corner!
- 56' Riise pumps it long into the Fulham box, Menez has it and he tries to get past Gera, Baird can clear, Menez goes down and the Roma fans howl for a penalty but no-one in a Roma shirt does, he just slipped and the ref doesn't even need to wave play on as no-one asked the question.
- 55' Roma get a corner on the left but Pizarro's delivery is headed clear by Zamora. Pizarro puts it back in low but Baird hammers it right back to Riise in the Roma half.
- 54' Fulham get the ball out of their half, winning a corner on the left which Riise trots over to take... he sends it near post but Kamara slips and Roma clear. Fulham have it back, Gera on the left to Pantsil but he over-runs it for a Roma throw.
53' Short corner, Pizzaro puts it in, headed clear by Baird but Menez puts it back in and De Rossi heads it past Schwarzer but he was several yards offside.- 52' Menez gets in after good play on the left by Riise but Hangeland blocks his shot for a corner.
- 51' Pantsil rises to head the ball powerfully clear but Fulham give it away, Menez on the left tries to scoop it to Taddei but Hughes shuts him out and Schwarzer claims.
- 50' Decent spell of pressure from Roma early in this second half. News is that Konchesky is not injured but has been brought off for tactical reasons.
- 49' Gilberti on the right now, Pantsil gets right in his face though to block his cross for a throw, which is wasted as Perrotta smacks his head on the ground trying to keep it in.
- 48' Mexes puts the ball behind for a corner on the Fulham left which Bjorn Helge Riise will take... Poor delivery this time headed away.
- 47' Roma were getting over-run in midfield and it seems their second-half strategy is to pack it and try keep possession. Gilberti has a crack from range which goes well over.

- 44' Throw to Roma on the left as the Italians show a bit more than previously but Fulham win it back and build on the right... Baird tries to find Greening but Taddei intercepts.
- 43' Gilberti on the left after Roma knock it about nicely but his cross is awful, well wide of the far post and too high for anyone to get a head on it, even Hangeland.
- 42' This is a very good spell of possession for Roma but they cannot find a final ball to match.
- 40' Brighi has it on the left, he moves it on to his right and sends over a wicked cross that just evades Okaka and goes wide of the far post!
- 38' Terrible effort by De Rossi, five yards over everyone's heads and a similar distance wide.
- 37' Roma have a free-kick on the left which De Rossi will take...
- 36' Fulham have dominated this half so far as Gera and Zamora almost get in down the right, throw to Fulham which Riise minor will take. Roma win it back on the left and Riise major has it now.
- 35' Long ball sends Zamora in, he beats Doni to it and from wide sends a cross over Donai for Gera flying in but Andreolli gets there first and takes a clattering from Gera.
- 34' That promising spell comes to a close for Roma as Gilberti cuts inside but sends a weak through ball straight to Schwarzer.
- 33' Good possession play by Roma but Fulham have everyone back and rebuff their attempts.
- 32' The corner flies over everyone's head but it drops to RIISE WITH THE VOLLEY FROM THE LEFT but a great save by Schwarzer to tip it away for a corner!

- 26' Free-kick to Fulham on the right, Konchesky with a good delivery but Mexes gets it clear.
- 25' Fulham deserved that goal, they've dominated Roma so far. Only Hangeland's second goal for the club, odd given his height.
- 24' Riise to take this corner then, he drives it to the edge of the six-yard box AND HANGELAND SHRUGS OFF HIS MARKERS TO POWER THE HEADER PAST DONI FOR 1-0! Super leap, Roma think it was a foul but they were fouling him.

- 20' Great ball from Greening but, as he turned on to it, Zamora fouled Mexes.
- 19' Zamora gets it off Konchesky on the left, neat skill to take it around Burdisso but Roma crowd him out and it's a goal kick after a heavy touch from the big man.

- 15' Taddei catches Gera a bit late, not intentional but a foul. Free-kick on the left, short to Konchesky who slides Zamora in, Andreolli surely pulling his shirt all over the place but no penalty! Zamora shoots low, the defender Andreolli blocks, corner.
- 14' Greening with a brilliant diagonal ball to Riise on the right, he beats big brother to it and knocks it back to KELLY WHO CURLS IT IN but just too weak and Doni gets back in time to claim. Riise minor is winning the battle of the mummy's boys so far....
- 13' Hughes fouls Vucinic around 30 yards out, free-kick to Roma which De Rossi and Riise stand over...
- 12' Roma clear the corner but Fulham come again, Hughes high to Zamora who stretches to just get a flick on the ball but it's too far ahead of Riise.
- 11' Corner to Fulham on the right, half-cleared by Riise and GREENING HAS A POP but it smashes against a Roma defender and wide. Would have been an awesome volley into the top left.
- 10' Roma on the offensive now and it drops to Gilberti on the edge of the box but his snapshot is well wide.
- 9' Riise plays Kamara in down the right, Mexes puts the ball out for a throw, Kamara takes it quickly but the cross is blocked.
- 8' Stefano Okaka, who is 20 but looks about 40, juggles with the ball on the edge of Fulham's box but his spectacular volley is well over.
- 7' Gilberti gets in down the left and puts a low cross in but Hughes is able to clear.
6' Zamora is half a yard offside racing on to Greening's through ball.- 5' Zamora with some great skill to skin Guberti and play a delighfully-angled ball in for Riise in the box but his brother blocks the shot.

Roma are always second best all match but fair play they kept on going and came away with something.... mind... Schwarzer would have saved it if Pantsil hadn't deflected it.
At least Italy has more good news after AC beat R.Madrid. Carry on like this and they'll win the next world cup out of the blue again.
FFS. So close. Roma played extrodinary well in the second half, though Fulham defended really well. Last minute equiliser was really harsh, and it brought back the memories and the nerves of West Ham...
