    • 90+2 Sigma still toiling to get another but this is more like a training ground match where both sides are practising their attack and defence in tandem.

    • 90' Kascak comes forward and it opens up for him but his low shot from the edge of the box is poor and straight at Howard.
    • 89' Yakubu is adjudged offside after Everton break following that chance.
    • 88' A poor header from Stepan when he was found free in the box by Rossi's cross. He headed weak into the ground and should have scored.
    • 86' Sultes feeds Rossi wide right but his cross is powerfully headed clear by Yobo.

    • 66' Am I allowed to say that this match is now fairly tedious and pointless? At this stage Sigma really should be allowed to declare and go home. EVERTON SUB: Pienaar and Osman off for kids Wallace and Baxter.

    • 58' Baines hurls a long throw far post but Sigma get it away. Everton look cool-as-you-like down to 10 men.
    • 57' Wonderful dummy step-over by Pienaar who races down the left, he drills it inside to Jo, who controls and slips it to Osman racing in but Osman has to dribble with several players in his way and, despite some good close control, the hosts can clear for a throw.
    • 56' Everton have a goal kick. They look more like the side that were so hard to break down last season than the goal-leaking jokers they were against Arsenal.
    • 54' Horava cuts in from the right, a one-two with Petr and it opens up for Horava but he snatches at it and the shot goes well wide.
    • 53' Good tackle from Pienaar in midfield, wide to Jo who turns and feeds Rodwell on the overlap, he swings over a curling ball that sets Pienaar free but he just strayed offside. Good counter though.
    • 52' Long ball almost sends Petr through but Howard comes to the edge of his box to claim.
    • 51' Brilliant run forward from Yobo, at left back and then bursting towards the box beating Rossi and playing it into Jo, but the ball ricochets off the Brazilian out for a goal kick.
    • 50' Another corner to the hosts who are adept enough at putting pressure on Everton but whose decision-making is poor - Hascak has an ill-advised crack from the left wing which goes well wide.

    • - No changes at half-time, surprisingly for both sides as you'd think Sigma would want to change things and Everton rest some legs.
    • - It's not the size that counts but what you do with it - less possession (46-54) and only one shot on target to Sigma's four, but it went in and Everton lead!
    • 45+1 Half-time, 1-0 to Everton who lead 5-0 on aggregate.
    • 45' Only one minute added time being played...
    • 44' Kascak tries one from the edge of the D but weak and low into Howard's arms.
    • 43' Everton with an attack, Osman gets down the right, he swings over a good cross into the box AND PIENAAR CONTROLS WITH HIS LEFT KNEE AND RIFLES IT INTO THE ROOF OF THE NET WITH HIS RIGHT! Great touch and finish from the South African, a touch of class and Everton lead, 1-0 on the night, 5-0 on aggregate, Sigma need to score six now.
    • 41' Long to Jo who athletically claims it, runs into space, tries a drag back and wins a free-kick. He has done really well given the circumstances.
    • 39' Everton are doing a pretty good job at soaking it up now, with Gosling at right-back and the only issue being the lack of support for Jo.
    • 37' Kascak gets in on the right but the flag is up, a few yards offside he was.
    • 36' Baines is fouled on the left but play-on says the ref. Pienaar crosses in to no-one in particular, a terrible use of the advantage as now Baines is out of position and the Sigma keeper hurls it down his flank. Fortunately Yobo is there to intercept.
    • 35' This is not a good start for Everton but bear in mind that Sigma need to win by five clear goals. Unlikely, even with the Toffees down to 10 men.
    • 33' Good touch by Jo, who glides past the full back and wins a throw with no support.
    • 32' Gosling and Jo combine on the edge of the box but Sigma get it clear. Everton looking bright on the counter but playing nigh on 90 minutes a man short will take its toll...
    • 31' Dreksa goes into the back of Osman, very late but no card. Not very consistent from the ref.
    • 30' Sigma on the offensive, Horava to Janotka and Fellaini clobbers him in the box but no penalty! Well then, that looked like a very clumsy tackle to me.
    • 28' Everton are arguing with the ref because they think Janotka was offside. He wasn't, but it signifies the growing frustration at what they feel is a homer.
    • 27' Great pass from midfield frees Janotka who is in and controls but skews the finish well wide! Terrible shot after he did all the hard work!
    • 25' Corner to Sigma which taken by Bajer but is blocked by Jo, it drops to HORAVA WITH THE SHOT but it flies over.
    • 23' A yellow card is shown to Gosling for a pull on Horava.
    • 22' The ball is hoofed up to Jo, who controls and waits for support, finding Pienaar on the left, but the attack breaks down as Sigma get back in numbers.
    • 21' This delivery is swung high and deep to the back stick but Gosling is there to awkwardly head clear.
    • 20' That one is drilled in low and put behind for a second corner.
    • 19' Sigma with a good spell of pressure winning a corner on the right.
    • 17' Baines to Pienaar on the left, he swings a low inviting cross AND JO IS IN BUT HE CAN'T GET A TOUCH AND IT DRIFTS JUST WIDE!
