45′ Bilbao ....l bad game :/ why were you so defensive not attacking !!!l
Bad luck Bilbao. You may have lost this final - but you have won the respect and admiration of a great many football fans - Your passion and flair has been an absolute joy to watch.
I think Falcao is the hottest player on the face of the earth now.. I hope he moves to a bigger team this summer.
the better team won. well done to atleti. feel sorry for bilbao though, they played a great campaign.
Sloppy Bilbao. Muniain was probably the only one awake during the game. Their fans gave up too. Probably because they were being dubbed as favorites by most of u glory-hunters. Hope they win next year though.
Nonsense me, there are lots of people from Madrid there too
Bad luck Bilbao--- would've liked you to have won it! :( Well done Athletico, must stick in your "big" neighbours throats that you've come back from Europe with some silverware...
Although Bilbao embarrassed United in the earlier rounds they've been losing a lot of games in la liga.I don't think some of the players lauded in the press and being 30 million pound targets for every premier league team with money, are as good as they seemed. They play with a good team spirit but I can't see a lot of them fitting in in England.
For message 88, the Athletic Bilbao never, ever, can shame the Basque Country. You should be one of Athletic supporter, like me, to understand that.
Kudos to the winners. There's no need for Bilbao to worry: They will eat Barcelona and get the Copa del Rey.
Shaun, in Spain there is no benefits like in Ingland. Most people there are from the Basque Country, and there, there is less unemployment than in the rest of the country
i thought that 1 in 4 were out of work in spain - considering all the spanish people there i take it that they must be the lucky ones who have a job or the benefits are better in spain than the uk
I must of asked at least 20 kids at school who would win and they all said Athletic Bilbao. What do kids know.
What a move of the counter attack, The game is in their hands!!!!
That's all Chelsea ever lift, the F.A or Carling Cup. The UCL final will be a Bayern Munich demolition and look where they are in the league.
It is allover Bilbao ca not score again
airbourne it's well passed your bedtime, you wont be able to get up for school. now off you go thats a good boy
