Fraizer Campbell made a superb return from long-term injury as he scored in Sunderland's 1-1 FA Cup fourth round draw with Middlesbrough. More
90+4' That's full-time, and an exciting game ends one apiece. Boro return south to Teesside with a draw, and they will do it again at the Riverside on Wednesday February 8.
90+2' Sessegnon plays the ball into the box, receives it back and plays it to the left for McClean... he shoots for the near post and ripples the side netting!
81' And a change for Sunderland - Jack Colback replaces David Vaughan.
80' Middlesbrough are changing their goalkeeper: Connor Ripley is on for Danny Coyne.
70' Yellow card Rhys Williams for flying in on Vaughan... reckless challenge.
65' CHANCE FOR EMNES!! He thrashes a shot over from the edge of the box. Needed to keep his head over the ball.
63' Good block Bardsley! Williams hits a powerful shot and the Sunderland defender puts his body on the line!
60' Sunderland change: Michael Turner on for Wes Brown.
59' GOAL!! FRAIZER CAMPBELL FOR SUNDERLAND!! What a return for the striker! In his first game for 18 months, he finds the net! Robson gives the ball away horribly, McClean races clear and squares for Campbell, who sidefoots coolly past Coyne.
57' Brown is still receiving treatment. He looks basically OK, but I don't know if he'll be OK to continue.
46' Game on! Back under way at the Stadium of Light!
46' Sunderland change: Fraizer Campbell on for Connor Wickham.
45+3' That's half-time - a really entertaining game, and Boro lead 1-0 thanks to Robson's superb volley.
45+1' Kieran Richardson has been booked for a foul on Emnes, after which referee Friend played advantage.
44' What a chance for Sunderland! Jutkiewicz's first shot is parried, the ball comes back to him and he muffs the shot, sidefooting wide!
43' Aggro here as Hoyte goes flying in, and there's a bit of pushig and shoving. Yellow card Hoyte - nasty challenge on Sessegnon. Could easily have been a red. His studs made contact with the Sunderland man's ankles.
39' GOAL DISALLOWED! Craig Gardner finishes superbly off the post but there is an offside flag up... there is some debate and the ref goes for a conflab with the linesman...
36' Rhys Williams has a bloody mouth after an accidental collision with McClean. No intent at all.
24' McClean again! This time he gets on the end of a cross from the right, but his header is more or less straight at Coyne.
23' McClean cuts inside from the left and strikes a powerful low shot that Coyne blocks!
16' GOAL!! Barry Robson with a stunner for Middlesbrough! A hits a beautiful low left-foot volley from the edge of the box and it flashes past Mignolet, giving the goalkeeper no chance!
13' The corner comes in and Hines's headed clearance hits his own man Haroun and ricochets over the bar!
2' Thank you @Kit_Gray - "The music at the Stadium of Light - Dance of the Knights - Romeo & Juliet - Prokofiev" You have restored my faith in civilisation.
1' Off we go! It's game on at the Stadium of Light! It's not full, but we have a raucous atmosphere for this lunchtime kick-off.
13:25 The teams come out of the tunnel to what, shamefully, I can only refer to as 'The Apprentice Music'. Can someone enlighten me as to what it is actually called, please? I am a philistine - @alexchick81

It's pointless for maggies to make comments on here because they are all tick bar-steds ha ha ha

I thought sunderland were out of sorts. didn't pass well complitelely uncoordinated. didn't have a leader all round poor performance. However after saying all that Sunderland has the ability to outwit boro next time out by doing the same as them stop them playing and pass and close down with more determination.and precision. come on you black cats give um hell.

David, I don't think your club would turn down an offer of £35 mill for an average player would they? He was worth £10 - £15 at best.

Watched The Game Boro were Terrific Defended well and Had a good game ,Fully Deserved the Draw n Replay

How the 4-ck does Emnes get 7.2 he was shyte !!! Boro got in our faces and took us to their level, dirty tw**ts as well, we were poor, where was Cattermole when the kicking was to be done ?
Blobby, dry your 4-kin eyes, we are still in the cup unlike you dummies!!!
Always look on the Brighton side of life !! Ha Ha !!

Ian,87, bigger crowd, better atmosphere , nah , I doubt if the Boro will get more than 33,000 at their place, then again if they did it would be more than the 30,000 the great mags support v Blackburn !!

Gillingham 87...that is all

To jonny and the rest of the skunk rabble on this site I just have two things to say to you, STEVENAGE AND BRIGHTON and HOVE ALBION, HA HA HA HA. I can't stop laughing, I had to go to the hospital last night, the nurse told me to get in line with all the others who had split their sides laughing at the skunks yesterday.
Is it true(you say you know all about the skunks), did Mobray tell the skunks to stay away from footy fields Sunday afternoon because the Black Bull team are looking to kick someone around after they have had a skinfull. HA HA HA HO HO HO, OMG I CAN'T STOP LAUGHING.

Brighton 1-0 Liverpool Feeder Club
Newcastle do all the hard work in producing a young player and sell him to Liverpool
McDermott, Kennedy, Beardsley
The list goes on and on.....

I don't understand why they can't just scrap replays, cause so much scheduling issues, are incredibly tiresome on the clubs, and really just a waste of time
Just go to extra time and penalties if its even after 90 the first time out.

Brighton beat Scumcassel !!!
HA HA HA FTM

Know why US mags are not in the Cup ?
Cos WE ARE SHYTE !!!

Winner against Arsenal or Aston Villa.

Jonny-what bitter, ungracious words you bring to the board ,obviously in light of the lamentable display shown by your own team. I shall be keeping my eye on you ;)

Great , hard fought derby 1-1 a fair result but credit to Boro.

Tony Mowbray's got a massive monkey's heid (head) - that's what the Hearts fans used to sing when he was manager at HIbs.

Disputed / Non allowed goals to be subject of fourth official viewing the video there and then . Otherwise Premier / Cup games a farce.

We'll win the replay---0-2!
