Everton must wait another week to see who they will meet in the FA Cup third round after Cheltenham and Hereford drew 1-1. More
90+5' There's the final whistle! The fairytale is not to be, as AFC Wimbledon go down 2-1 at MK Dons after an amazing stoppage time winner from Jon Otsemobor.
90+2' GOAL!! WHAT A GOAL!! MK DONS HAVE WON IT!! So cruel for Wimbledon, but that is an amazing strike from Jon Ostemobor! The ball is half-cleared from a corner, it gets fired back in and Otsemobor flicks it in with the most nonchalant of backheels!
90' SO CLOSE WIMBLEDON!! A defensive mix-up, Steven Gregory races in on goal and David Martin produces a brilliant save to tip the ball behind!
86' Yellow card Tony Ajala - you have to say that was coming.
81' Wimbledon change: Huw Johnson is on for Luke Moore.
79' Alan Smith is about to come on (the ex-Leeds, Manchester United and Newcastle one).
71' A change for Wimbledon: Charlie Strutton comes on for Byron Harrison.
69' Goal disallowed! Bowditch with a long ball for Ismail who cushions a lay-off to Lowe to finish into an empty net. But there's an offside flag up against the sub Ismael.
66' A change for MK Dons: Zeil Ismail is on for Angelo Balanta - he is an 18-year-old winger on loan from Wolves.
60' Magnificent header - less good was the pitch invasion that followed the goal. The playing area has been cleared fairly quickly - Midson booked for his celebration.
59' GOAL!! AFC WIMBLEDON LEVEL!! Jack Midson with a diving header in front of the away fans!! He meets a right-sided cross with a good connection and it beats David Martin! What a moment.
47' Dean Lewington bends a nicely-shaped free-kick towards the top-right corner, but it does not have a lot of pace and Sullivan tips it away easily enough.
46' The second half is under way, and MK Dons have an early chance from a free-kick.
45+2' That's half-time, and Wimbledon's excellent work has been undermined by that moment of brilliance from Stephen Gleeson. The visitors need something special to keep their upset hopes alive.
45' GOAL!! What a strike!! MK Dons take the lead with a thumping 30-yarder from Stephen Gleeson. Fantastic hit. Take that, little guy!
19' Balanta receives the ball at the edge of the box, turns and curls a hot just wide of Neil Sullivan's left-hand post. Best moment of the match. Which is saying very little.
1' Game on! After all the talk, the game is under way. As reprehensible as the club's uprooting was, I can't help but feel a little sympathy for the fans, players and manager of MK Dons.

Bilbo Truth hurt, oh yes newbie footie fan
No need to be as childish as the people arguing on BOTH sides of this story, but as an MK Dons fan i Ioved the game and the fact that we won because so many people were gunning for us to lose. The original Wimbledon had only themselves to blame for their demise, and their move to MK not only saved them but it made them a better club in several ways. Plenty of old Dons fans support this new club because this is the one that moved. I hate being told we have no history because we do, and it merely entered a new chapter with the move to MK, a move that occurred almost ten years ago by the way. AFC started from scratch and will probably always be merely a shadow. I congratulate them on their swift rise through the leagues but with their setup it's probably not sustainable. Talk about hypocrisy too, you call us thieves when all that happened was a club in crisis moved to us, but AFC leeched themselves onto a club that didn't even hail from their borough and now they've destroyed it and dwell in its carcass. At MK we have a little something called infrastructure which will almost certainly see us become a top team before long. I was so happy to know that we'd won when after seeing how violent and abusive many AFC fans were. I was abused in the car park outside and several of their fans were arrested. Its all very well you giving your heartfelt support to your club now you have a second chance, and also now they've brought you success, but where was your fighting spirit when your club was on the brink?! Our fans are much better behaved. We support our team through the ups and downs. AFC invaded the pitch first and it seemed only right that a small minority of MK fans should celebrate our deserved winner in a similar fashion. The emotion of winning through against so much hatred was almost too much to handle. Just support your own clubs and leave mine alone.
afc should be kicked out of the league the sick low pond life with the damage they done at the mk dons si ck b******ds. dont want fans like them in football
There is only one team called " The Dons "and that is Aberdeen! They won the European Cup Winners' Cup and European Super Cup, you know...
@ clan, Why am i having a pop you #$%$?, i was just wishing the real Wimbledon the best of Luck against a Manufactured piece of sh@te.....As for being a Man City glory hunter It might pain you that the fact is i support the real Football team in My Hometown and have actually been a Man City Season Ticket/Card holder at both Maine Road and of late at the Etihad Stadium since 1968.....Now go crawl back under your stone you bitter, deluded cretin.
Well played Wimbledon and very unlucky in the end they were in this match right up to the very last kick and I was worried before the match because I thought it could have ended in a heavy defeat.....Let us now carry this form into the League and concentrate on staying in League Two then pusn on for Promotion next season.....If Wimbledon stay in the league they can have a big future as a football club and let us face it from the beginnings this new club had the progress they have made getting into the league so quickly was miraculous and this should not be forgotten
terry i dont support either of these teams. but you are a complete prlck and that's no surprise as you share your name with the biggest cnt in football. mk dons are a farce plastic pathetic club with no history and no future, the reason this game was so hyped was because mk donkeys know full well they are a plastic copy of the real club. you will proceed no further in this cup and will fall out of the leagues again in a year or two without doubt. now be quiet or dissappear you stink.
SO tennis town tossers are out great news remember Kingstonian , they stole there ground and club. Well done Milton Keynes, you shut up the cry babies of A F C, Sam Hamman sold them down the river and made a fortune.Joe Kinnear wanted to take them to Dublin and nobody complained,A F C shut up......... wimbledon were robbed two players on the floor in the goalmouth a mk holding down a wimbledon defender in plain view of the linesman if he was on his feet he might have stopped the ball it stinks
shame the real dons are out
BAHAHAHAHAHA! F*ck Wimbledon. Your club went down because there weren't enough real "fans" to help it when it was in trouble. It was always on the verge of bankruptcy as it had so few fans attending it had to groundshare with Crystal Palace. Joke club, joke fans.
im confused
i dont see the letters DON in milton keynes ?
Man city fan having a pop pml, pot kettle black glory hunter
AFC not playing then?
a fun fact that always makes me smile: luke chadwick has a premier league medal, but steven gerrard doesn't.
C'mon Wimbledon stick in the MK franchise, they belong in the major league
