Lucky the French team fell but then the super eagles­ need to work on so many areas includn their defence­ which flopped atimes....jittery maybe, and the attack­ which looks promising at the start but fritters the­ ball.more games shud be used to put the team in better­ shape for the future. we shud rem, big names are named­ for big tasks performed. we rem GREECE IN THEIR EURO­ CUP CAMPAIGN...LITTLE KNOWN INDIVIDUALS! the new crop­ of players are gonna be big if they improve on their­ game and keep their heads up. all d best our super­ eagles.

Its good,that Super Eagles are picking up their pieces.­ Nigeria always have players that can beat any team in­ the world any time but nepotism and bad management has­ always been the problem.Coach Amodu is always afraid to­ rock the boat by playing for the established.If he can­ experiment and give new players thier chances i think­ he will succeed but if he continue not to take risk he­ will not get far.Introduce more players pls.

i feel there is a resurgence but we should not be­ carried away we have tunisia and kenya to contend with­ in our group.

Dat was history made.For a long time i've not seen­ super eagles play like dat.For dem 2 beat France wit­ Viera,Anelka,Riberi,Benzema,Evra,etc,its commendable­ & in a sweet way.Beutiful football from eagles.We­ hav d talents but d environment caused by bad­ leadership wont let our sports grow!

The super eagles are starting to play as expected for a­ very long time. To beat the French in their very­ backyard is not an easy task. comparing the players­ 1-on-1, I was expecting France to beat Nigeria silly.­ Majority of the players were just playing together for­ the 1st time against Ireland. There is no world class­ player in the Nigeria team compared to France that­ paraded Benzema, Anelka, Ribery, Viera, Guvon etc.­ Kudos coach Amodu & the players. Just improve on­ what you already have on ground
