  3. @ Tony The 1st choice defensive centre-back pairing­ for Belgium is Kompany & Vertonghen. Kompany is­ normally captain, Vertonghen is vice-captain. Both­ have been capped more times than Vermaelen!

  5. If Belgium appoint a world class manager they can­ easily reach the WC in 2014 ! They havr one of the­ best defensive partnerships in the world in­ Vermalean-Kompany ! Not to mention Fellaini in te­ middle and Hazard just behind the striker ! Keep an eye­ on this team , if built properly , they will surprise­ alot of people !
