- 42' The replay does Gervinho no favours - the keeper had been beaten by the flat low cross, and it was just Gerv and the net. From six yards. Terrible.

- 37' More passing play from Arsenal but the Bradford defence isn't being stretched - it's all very will doing the tiki-taka but the movement needs to match the passing for it to have any impact.

- 15' Lots of space again for Sagna, his cross is headed clear to Cazorla, whose shot is blocked but lands nicely for Sagna - whose second cross is poor.
- 14' Arsenal have a free-kick which is quickly taken, and wasted. Then Bradford lose control of it while passing around the back and it's an Arsenal throw.
- 12' Arsenal passing it nicely again on the edge of the Bradford area but they can't pick a spot for a through ball. Instead it's spread wide for Sagna, he dinks it into Wilshere whose cross is met by Podolski - who heads high and wide! Again a good chance.
- 11' Down the other end Mertesacker stretches to intercept a low ball into the box but he makes a hash of it and Szczesny has to fly out at the feet of Hanson, taking a whack in the process! Good keeping, terrible defending!
- 10' Vermaelen is unmarked as he rises to meet the corner, but he heads over! Should have been 1-0!
- 9' Gervinho gets in down the right again, weaving in and out of the defenders but McArdle blocks for a corner.
- 8' Bradford clear the corner, but Sagna has space for another cross - however, Gervinho punched the cross and is booked for handball.
- 7' Gervinho is in space on the right, inside to Wilshere now, Arsenal looking to keep the ball.... Now Sagna on the right crosses in but headed behind by Darby as Podolski arrived at the far post. Corner.
- 6' Gervinho wide to Ramsey, who slips but retains possession and starts a passing move that uses the full width of the pitch.
5' Wells, the Bermuda international, gets past Vermaelen but fouled the Belgian as he tried to clear the long ball. Szczesny saved anyway.- 4' Hanson is a handful in the air, standing at 6'4", but he had strayed offside when the cross came in from the right. There are some big lads in this Bradford side - Luke Oliver is 6'7"!
- 3' Arsenal get forward now with Ramsey on the right, he almost finds the late-arriving Coquelin but his touch lets him down. That was an extended one-two as the Frenchman made the initial pass out wide.
- 2' Arsenal clear the initial free-kick but Bradford are putting pressure on them and it takes a few more phases of play for Szczesny to get hold of it.
- 1' Gibbs looks quizically at the ref after clipping the heels of Thompson, who had turned him nicely.

19:40 Teams are out - needless to say plenty of gloves on show as England dips below zero tonight.- 19:35 Mike Dean is tonight's ref. The Wirral native has shown two reds and 52 yellows this season, in 15 matches. As those stats imply, he's not exactly card happy but on occasion will flash them about - as he did when Manchester United beat Arsenal 2-1 (eight yellows, one red) and when Watford beat Charlton at the Valley (seven and one).

There was no Arshavin and thats why the've lost. Because he was poised to play this game and it was special one for him 'when he started his pro. career long time ago against this team. Wenger made wrong decision as usual and that's cost them because of " experience" ....

To the fans who are saying we need to sign 30-50k household name players, tonight's game just shows otherwise.. We can have Ronaldos, Messis, Puyols of this earth in the whole team, if the coaching staff and managers are inept the team fail.
