  1. Haven't any of you wondered why this level of­ talent that still exists on this roster can't seem­ to get rolling?? There are some good things to notice­ and learn in leadership, management, and overall team­ attitude in this situation. Success is rarely a result­ of talent alone and whatever is needed in order to­ succeed is missing from this club. Can Pardew be to­ blamed? Perhaps not, but I don't think that he is­ the correct guy to stop the backward roll. It takes a­ special person to stop the backward roll. Jewell­ couldn't do it at Derby and there is no question in­ my mind that he is an excellent football man and a good­ manager. So, what's next? Instead of criticising,­ perhaps we can offer to 'out of the box' ideas.
