As a neutral I watched this Game tonight and must admit­ that i don't think i have enjoyed watching a proper­ game of Football like this in a long-long time, both­ sets of Players were totally committed and an absolute­ credit to their respective club's, it was amazing­ and so refreshing to see proper grass roots football­ with blood and thunder tackles flying in from both­ sides and all parties involved just getting up with a­ smile on their faces and getting on with the game, how­ refreshing was it to not to witness a single ounce of­ diving or cheating and a Referee totally free from­ being hounded, surrounded or bullied by irate overrated­ & overpaid Prima-Donna football Players and over­ the top Managers.
I hope that a good few­ Premiership scouts were at this game tonight as there­ were a few young kids who performed in this game from­ both sides that wouldn't be out of place gracing­ the Premier League, especially the young Tranmere­ Center-Half Goodison & Right Back Backaygogo (I­ think thats how you Spell It) along with the Stockport­ Goalkeeper Fon Williams & Midfield Playmaker Baker­ (This Kid is very-very Special), all very impressive­ and eye catching.
Thanks to both Clubs for putting­ on a great entertaining game of Proper Football­ tonight, I would personally like to Wish both Tranmere­ and Stockport the very best of Luck for the rest of the­ season and pass on my good wishes to both sets of­ supporters.

Have Tranmere­ currently got any players with Premiership­ experience?
Did Alan Mahon ever play in the top­ division with Blackburn?
Because even though you have a­ proud tradition you are going nowhere fast.

In recent years Everton signed from Tranmere­ a highly rated goalkeeper for a lot of money record­ transfer for a keeper (still playing) NOWHERE NEAR GOOD­ ENOUGH although I wouldn't want to hurt the lad by­ naming him.
The same applies to a full back also from­ Tranmere.
A certain INTERNATIONAL striker at the time­ Everton’s record transfer and still playing in the­ Premiership turned out to be yet another donkey.
