    • 90'+4 It's all over! Sevilla beat Valencia 2-1 at the Mestalla! It's the visitors first away win in La Liga since November.
    • 90'+4 Lots of pushing and shoving inside the Sevilla box, and the referee has some work to do to sort out the scuffles.
    • 90+4' Palop again has to tip the ball over the bar from a corner.
    • 90'+3 Free kick is taken by Valencia just inside the Sevilla half, it's deep, and Palop has to tip it over the bar! Corner.
    • 90'+2 Aduriz does well to bring the ball down on the edge of the Sevilla box and tries a volley which goes wide.

A lovely ball from Rakitic falls to Kanoute - he can't quite finish the move off and Guaita doesn't claim the ball - Kanoute pokes the ball past him, and Navas slots the ball away into the empty net!
    • 69' Lovely play on the right side by Bruno and Feghouli, and the former whips in a ball which is cleared for a throw.
    • 67' Feghouli plays a poor cross into the Sevilla box which is easily caught by Palop.
    • 66' Palop gets away with that - the goalkeeper rushes out of goal but was always second favoruite out on the right side. Aduriz beats the 'keeper to it but his touch is poor and it's out of play for a goal kick.

    • 64' Counter attack from Valencia after the Sevilla free kick, Jordi Alba is played in but the ball is just too long for him and Palop comes out to clear.

    • 53' Negredo gets on the end of a lovely through ball from Reyes and turns Ruiz. Just when he's about to pull the trigger, Rami gets in a crucial tackle and Negredo then fouls the Frenchman.

    • 51' The ball comes to Negredo and the attack looks promising for Sevilla. But the Spain international promptly falls over.
    • 50' Kanoute is playing quite deep for Sevilla, and when the ball is played in by Navas, it's the Malian who can't keep up with play to get on the end of the cross.
    • 49' Well, after the bright start, it's got a little bit scrappy in the last few minutes.
    • 47' Bruno loves to get forward for Valencia, but Sevilla and Reyes in particular are failing to make the most of the right-back's enthusiasm for attack.

    • 36' GOAL! Lovely play from Navas on the right wing, who bursts into the box and delivers a cross. It's missed completely by the Valencia defence, the ball bounces once and Medel stoops low to head in to the bottom left corner.

    • 34' On paper, the Sevilla team looks full of creativity and goals. Unfortuantely, that hasn't been the case at all so far.

    • 32' Seeing replays of the Valencia goal, and it really was wonderful. Lots of one touch moves, which was finished expertly by Tino Costa. One of those that gets better every time you watch it.

    • 22' Reyes gets away and is in plenty of space, but he's brought down by Costa and Rakitic will swing in the resulting free kick. It's cleared away by the Valencia defence.
    • 21' Soldado goes close! Good cross into the box and the Valencia striker looks to get ahead of Escude, but the Frenchman clears away. Good defending and the best chance of the match.
    • 20' Reyes gets into the Valencia box and from a tight angle fires a shot which is straight down the throat of Guaita.
    • 20' Hugely ambitious effort from Sevilla from the free kick, although it may not be intentional. The ball is claimed by Guaita.
    • 19' Kanoute is livid with the referee. The former Mali international looked like he was away but was held back by Ruiz.
    • 18' Costa curls in the free kick into the Sevilla box, but again it doesn't beat the first man. The ball comes to Feghouli but again it's a poor cross.
    • 17' Cross comes in from the Valencia left and Navarro should really leave it for Guaita but clears away. He makes a little bit of a hash of it, and it's now a free kick for Los Che.
    • 16' The corner is swung in, but no-one can get on the end of it and it's cleared away.
    • 16' Costa swings the corner in, but it's headed away by Negredo for another corner.
    • 15' Feghouli with a dangerous cross into the box which is cleared for a corner. Costa will take it.
    • 15' Ball whipped in and Jonas tries an ambitious back heel flick that goes high over the Sevilla crossbar.
    • 14' Valencia are attempting to play the ball long a little too often for my liking, but Soldado is having no luck at getting on the end of them. Jonas has just won a corner for the home side though.
    • 13' Spicy start to this match, with tackles flying in all over the place. Negredo is involved in a lot of it.
