  • Eintracht Frankfurt - VfL Wolfsburg

90'’ GOAL! Rodriguez's own goal in stoppage time means Frankfurt go level 2-2 at full time with Wolfsburg and guarantee Europa League football.

  •   CHAMPIONS: Bayern Munich. CHAMPIONS LEAGUE: Borussia Dortmund, Bayer Leverkusen. CL QUALIFYING: Schalke. EUROPA LEAGUE: Freiburg, Frankfurt. RELEGATED: Dusseldorf, Furth. RELEGATION PLAY-OFF: Hoffenheim (Bundesliga) v Kaiserslautern (2.Bundesliga).

  •   FINAL SCORES: Augsburg 3-1 Furth, Dortmund 1-2 Hoffenheim, Frankfurt 2-2 Wolfsburg (late own goal saw Frankfurt level during the drama elsewhere), Freiburg 1-2 Schalke, Hamburg 0-1 Leverkusen, Hannover 3-0 Dusseldorf, Monchengladbach 3-4 Bayern, Nurnberg 3-2 Bremen, Stuttgart 2-2 Mainz.

  • Borussia Dortmund - Hoffenheim

90'’ CRAZY! Dortmund equalise... but it's disallowed! Full time! Hoffenheim get the play-off spot after appearing doomed to relegation. Fortuna Dusseldorf return to the second tier after one season!

  • Borussia M’gladbach - Bayern Munich

90'’ FULL-TIME! Bayern end a great season with a tremendous match, beating Monchengladbach 4-3 from 3-1 down.

  • SC Freiburg - Schalke 04

90'’ FULL TIME! A 2-1 win at Freiburg means Schalke will play in the Champions League qualifying round.

  • FC Augsburg - Greuther Fürth

90'’ FULL TIME! Augsburg are safe as their 3-1 win over Furth and Fortuna's 3-0 defeat at Hannover end. Fortuna must wait to see if Hoffenheim concede a goal and give them the chance of the playoffs.

  • 1. FC Nürnberg - Werder Bremen

90'’ GOAL! Two in quick succession in Nurnberg: Pekhart makes it 3-1 before de Bruyne gets his second of the game for Werder to pull it back to 3-2.

  • Hamburger SV - Bayer Leverkusen

89'’ GOAL! Never mind the hope for Hamburg, Kiessling takes back his top scorer mantle with a last-minute goal for Bayer which means van der Vaart and friends will have to wait until next year for Europe. 0-1!

  • Hamburger SV - Bayer Leverkusen

85'’ Hamburg can still reach Europe with one goal, but the only scoreless game so far on match day 38 remains quiet with minutes to spare.

  • Borussia Dortmund - Hoffenheim

82'’ GOAL! Incredible! Another penalty to Hoffenheim and Weidenfeller is sent off - Grosskreutz takes the gloves but Salihovic scores again and as it stands, Fortuna are going down! 1-2!

  • 1. FC Nürnberg - Werder Bremen

81'’ GOAL! Nurnberg complete the comeback through Polter and look set to finish the season with a win. 2-1!

  • Borussia Dortmund - Hoffenheim

80'’ GOAL! Salihovic from the spot levels for Hoffenheim at Dortmund. They are one goal away from (sort of) survival - if they win, Fortuna go down and Hoffenheim can battle Kaiserslautern for the right to remain in the top flight. 1-1!

  • Hannover 96 - Fortuna Düsseldorf

79'’ GOAL! Fortuna go three down at Hannover courtesy of Ya Konan's second of the game. Their fate is now in other hands. With Augsburg 3-1 up, it looks certain to be at least the play-off. But Hoffenheim could still relegate them today...

  • Borussia Dortmund - Hoffenheim

    78'’ PENALTY HOFFENHEIM!

  • FC Augsburg - Greuther Fürth

77'’ GOAL! Augsburg are surely safe! Dong-Won Ji, the Sunderland loanee, makes it 3-1 against Furth and you cannot see a way for Fortuna to avoid the play-off now.

  • Borussia Dortmund - Hoffenheim

75'’ Been quiet at Signal Iduna Park after Lewandowski's early and only goal to make it 1-0. Another from him would make him the lone top scorer, but Hoffenheim can relegate Fortuna if they somehow snatch two late goals, putting them in the play-off last chance saloon instead.

  • SC Freiburg - Schalke 04

72'’ Ginter shows his frustration, pulling back Rafael to earn a booking of his own. Still 2-1 Schalke.

  • SC Freiburg - Schalke 04

67'’ Jefferson Farfan is booked for a heavy tackle, but Freiburg have been deflated by that own goal which puts them 2-1 down v Schalke.

  • Hannover 96 - Fortuna Düsseldorf

65'’ GOAL! Perhaps Augsberg can sit pretty, as Hannover double their lead over Dusseldorf through Didier Ya Konan. It looks set to be Fortuna v Kaiserslautern in the play-off. 2-0

  • FC Augsburg - Greuther Fürth

63'’ GOAL! Augsburg cannot afford to sit comfortably until it's over - Furth pull one back through Trinks to make it 2-1 Augsburg.

  • 1. FC Nürnberg - Werder Bremen

62'’ GOAL! Nilsson levels for Nurnberg at home to Werder Bremen and it's 1-1 in a dead rubber contest there.

  • Borussia M’gladbach - Bayern Munich

60'’ GOAL! What a game - Bayern lead Monchengladbach 4-3 from 3-1 down and it's Robben with the fourth!

  • SC Freiburg - Schalke 04

58'’ OWN GOAL! Schalke back in front! What a nightmare for Freiburg as the ball ricochets off skipper Schuster and in. Parity did not last long. 1-2!

  • FC Augsburg - Greuther Fürth

56'’ GOAL! Callsen-Bracker doubles Augsburg's lead over Furth and if Fortuna are to survive today, it appears to be down to them to come from behind at Hannover. 2-0!

  • Borussia M’gladbach - Bayern Munich

55'’ GOAL! Ribery with a stunning finish for his second of the match to make it 3-3 between Monchengladbach and Bayern!

  • SC Freiburg - Schalke 04

54'’ GOAL! Freiburg level! Rosenthal has a shot well saved but there's Schmid on the rebound! They are one goal away from the Champions League again - 1-1!

  • SC Freiburg - Schalke 04

50'’ Freiburg are trying to drum up some momentum here but Schalke have played a great away game so far and are doing the same early in the second. They know the onus is on the hosts and they are well organised.

  • 46'’ Underway for the second halves across Germany. This is it for many clubs looking for Europe or survival!

  •   Do you think there will be late twists and turns? Will the five-goal thriller against Monchengladbach take anything out of Bayern ahead of the Champions League final? I want to hear your thoughts. Follow me on Twitter @liamhappe and tweet your comments over and we will publish them here.

  •   AS IT STANDS: Bayern 1st, Dortmund 2nd and Leverkusen 3rd was already set. If things remain the same, Schalke secure fourth. Freiburg remain fifth above Frankfurt and Monchengladbach in sixth and seventh by one point (51, 50, 50). Hamburg are on 49 in eighth and could snatch that last EL spot with a winning goal. Hoffenheim are 45 minutes from being relegated, and as things stand Dusseldorf will play their second relegation play-off in as many seasons v Kaiserslautern while Augsberg stay up.

  • 45'’ HALF TIME SCORES: Augsburg 1-0 Furth, Dortmund 1-0 Hoffenheim, Frankfurt 1-2 Wolfsburg, Freiburg 0-1 Schalke, Hamburg 0-0 Leverkusen, Hannover 1-0 Dusseldorf, Monchengladbach 3-2 Bayern, Nurnberg 0-1 Bremen, Stuttgart 2-2 Mainz.

  • SC Freiburg - Schalke 04

45'’ Half-time in Freiburg and they will have to settle for Europa League as things stand with Schalke 1-0 up to stay fourth for now. We are awaiting the whistles elsewhere in Germany before rounding things up at the halfway stage of the final match day...

  • VfB Stuttgart - FSV Mainz 05

42'’ GOAL! Mainz make it 2-2 at Stuttgart through Muller, and at least the mid-table sides are providing entertainment even when there's nothing to play for.

  • Eintracht Frankfurt - VfL Wolfsburg

39'’ GOAL! Meier pulls one back for Frankfurt from the spot and it's 1-2 Wolfsburg!

  • Eintracht Frankfurt - VfL Wolfsburg

38'’ RED CARD WOLFSBURG! Hasebe sent off for denying a goalscoring opportunity and it will be a FRANKFURT PENALTY!

  • 1. FC Nürnberg - Werder Bremen

36'’ GOAL! Werder Bremen lead at Nurnberg through Kevin de Bruyne in another game with nothing riding on it. 0-1!

  • Hannover 96 - Fortuna Düsseldorf

35'’ GOAL! More good news for Augsberg as Hannover lead Fortuna 1-0 through Mame Biram Diouf. It's going to take something special for Fortuna to avoid that play-off with Kaiserslautern now...

  • VfB Stuttgart - FSV Mainz 05

33'’ GOAL! Stuttgart come from behind to lead Mainz 2-1 in the dead rubber match. Boka follows what has now been recognised as an own goal by Wetklo which cancelled out Ede's opener for the visitors.

  • FC Augsburg - Greuther Fürth

31'’ GOAL! And a big one! Augsberg lead Furth 1-0 after stopping that early penalty. Werner's goal means at present Augsberg are SAFE, and Dusseldorf will face the relegation play-off!

  • Hamburger SV - Bayer Leverkusen

30'’ Hamburg can nip into the Europa League spots with a win at home to Leverkusen, but the only real incident so far is a booking for Bayer's Toprak.

  • SC Freiburg - Schalke 04

29'’ CLOSE! Better from the hosts as Kruse skins Uchida before his low cross is dummied by Schuster for Rosenthal to fire over. Game heating up after Drazler's opener, making it 0-1 Schalke...

  • SC Freiburg - Schalke 04

27'’ Kerk to take from 20 yards... but he fires it straight into the wall.

  • SC Freiburg - Schalke 04

25'’ Matip fouls Kruse just outside the Schalke box. This is a good chance for Freiburg from the free-kick...

  • VfB Stuttgart - FSV Mainz 05

23'’ GOAL! Two in quick succession again, in fact, at Stuttgart as the hosts level through Harnik after Ede put Mainz ahead. 1-1!

  • Borussia M’gladbach - Bayern Munich

21'’ ANOTHER GOAL! Munich pull another back via Franck Ribery! The game may mean little to them, but that hasn't stopped Bayern from fielding their stars and helping provide five goals in 20 minutes! 3-2 Monchengladbach.

  • SC Freiburg - Schalke 04

20'’ GOAL SCHALKE! Julian Drazler's 10th goal of the season puts Schalke's early game plan into perfect effect! He cuts inside onto his right foot and opens the scoring with a fine low curling finish which means Freiburg need two to make the Champions League!

  • Eintracht Frankfurt - VfL Wolfsburg

18'’ GOAL! It gets worse for Frankfurt's European hopes as Diego puts Wolfsburg two up!

  • VfB Stuttgart - FSV Mainz 05

13'’ In a complete dead rubber game today, Stuttgart v Mainz has at least provided something slightly notable in our first booking today - Sven Ulreich of Stuttgart sees yellow for a rash challenge.

  • SC Freiburg - Schalke 04

12'’ Dull stuff so far in the fourth place play-off match, the most action is coming from the stands as fans react to relevant scores coming in from elsewhere. Schalke happy to grind out for a draw here and frustrate Freiburg.

  • Borussia M’gladbach - Bayern Munich

11'’ GOAL! 3-1 Monchengladbach! The first time in 15 years that there has been four goals in the first 10 minutes. Havard Nordveit this time around.

  • Borussia M’gladbach - Bayern Munich

10'’ GOAL! Three goals in the opening stages between Monchengladbach and Bayern, as Javi Martinez pulls one back for the champions. 2-1 Borussia now.

  • FC Augsburg - Greuther Fürth

9'’ PENALTY SAVED! Alex Manninger keeps out Edgar Prib's penalty and Augsberg avoid going behind at home to Furth!

  • Borussia Dortmund - Hoffenheim

8'’ GOAL! Bad news for Hoffenheim, who go behind at Dortmund. They have it all to do if they are to remain a top flight side at least today even, and Lewandowski is now joint top scorer as things stand with the opener.

  • Eintracht Frankfurt - VfL Wolfsburg

7'’ GOAL! Make that three goals behind as Wolfsburg take the lead at Frankfurt via Jan Polak.

  • Borussia M’gladbach - Bayern Munich

5'’ GOAL! When it rains it pours, Monchengladbach have two in as many minutes against champions Bayern! Martin Stranzl followed by Mike Hanke. They remain behind Frankfurt by four goals on goal difference, though...

  • 4'’ As we await the first goals of the day, check out our German cousins' picks for the Bundesliga 2012/13 team of the season: Eurosport’s Bundesliga team of the year: Brilliant Bayern

  • SC Freiburg - Schalke 04

2'’ Cautious start at Freiburg, who must beat Schalke to end up fourth and reach the Champions League. Schalke have one point on them so can play for the stalemate.

  • 1'’ KICK OFF! We are underway across the country.
