Carlos Cuellar moves to right back while Emile Heskey returns to play alongside John Carew up front.
    • - BOLTON TEAM NEWS: Ricardo Gardner is out for the Trotters, with Israeli midfielder Tamir Cohen stepping in. Mark Davies is a long-term injury absentee but otherwise it's full-strength for Bolton.
