    • 65' Joe Cole gets the ball on the edge of the box and he tries a snap-shot but straight at Schwarzer.
    • 64' Carvalho slides in on Zamora on the Fulham right, throw in to the hosts for whom this is a decent spell of pressure. Zamora then fouls the Portugal defender and Chelsea have a free kick.
    • 63' Fulham counter, Johnson wide right to Dempsey who races in to space and lofts over a hanging far-post cross but Bosingwa is on hand to chest it back to Cech.
    • 61' Cole and Deco on the right and Bosingwa crosses in for LAMPARD WITH A DIVING HEADER but he sends it over! Flag was up anyway.
    • 60' Fulham give the ball away twice in succession after trying to play it out from the back.
    • 59' Ball over the top looking for the Drog but Schwarzer makes no mistake this time and claims it first. Chelsea win a free-kick on the left after an infringement by Pantsil, who kicked the back of Lampard's legs. Wasted though.
    • 57' A slight lull in the match as both sides regroup after a pretty frantic period, mostly from Chelsea.
    • 54' Ball over the top frees Drogba who powers past Pantsil and is in but fires over!
    • 53' Chelsea break and they have men over as Anelka surges through the middle with Drogba free to his left but he shoots, it hits Hughes and trickles into the arms of Schwarzer.
    • 52' Fulham break down the left and Davies whips over a great ball that Cech canÂ’t get but just over Johnson and it flies towards the touchline, Johnson somehow gets across to keep it in though and he crosses but straight at Cech.

HE COMES OUT AND CLATTERS HUGHES AND IT DROPS TO LAMPARD WHO SLIDES IT INTO THE EMPTY NET! Oh no, Schwarzer's first bad mistake of the season and what a time to make it.
    • 49' Hughes and Hangeland combine to clear a low cross from the right as Chelsea really pile it on. Can the Cottagers resist?
    • 48' Chelsea have it on the left, Dempsey heads Deco's cross clear AND IT DROPS TO IVANOVIC WITH A CRACKING VOLLEY BUT HIS OWN MAN ANELKA ACCIDENTALLY BLOCKS IT! The flag is up once the ball returns to open play as Anelka was offside.
    • 47' Free-kick to Chelsea on the left but Etuhu heads it clear, almost acting as a sweeper.

    • 45+2 The half-time whistle goes as Cech flies out to the edge of his box to punch a high one clear. Is it premature to say that Fulham look in control? A couple of half-chances and long-range shots aside, Chelsea have been rather tame.
    • 45' Schwarzer takes the corner with ease and launches Dempsey down the right but Chelsea clear and come forward again. Cole in to Lampard, wide right and Anelka has it very deep to chip the cross in which is cleared, now Deco but his low shot is well wide.
    • 44' Fulham clear the corner, right back with Cech who launches it, Pantsil with some comedy defending clears the ball against his own chest and plays Drogba in but he gets back to block the shot, another corner.
    • 43' Chelsea come forward, slick passing sees Anelka feed Lampard on the edge of the box and he rifles in a savage shot going for the top left but parried by Schwarzer for a corner!
    • 41' Bosingwa's cross from the right is blocked by Konchesky, Deco to take the corner but it's too high and drifts wide left to Lampard. The ball is in to Anelka, who holds it up and frees Cole and it's drilled back in but a terrible clearance from Hangeland falls to Lampard who shoots but blocked.
    • 40' Konchesky gets the better of Bosingwa to win a throw on the Fulham left, much to the delight of the home fans.
    • 39' Decent delivery from Deco but headed clear with ease by the nine-foot tall Hangeland.
    • 38' Lampard caps off a neat Chelsea move with a low drive from the edge of the box that is deflected past the diving Schwarzer for a corner.

    • 35' Fulham come forward, Dempsey, Davies and Murphy combine and now Johnson and it's slipped through to ZAMORA WHO'S IN BUT CECH FLINGS HIMSELF ONTO THE BALL! Fulham are playing really well.
    • 34' Bosingwa centres but Etuhu almost playing centre-half heads away. Fulham are really compact, shrinking centrally whenever Chelsea come forward.
    • 31' The ball drops to ANELKA ON THE EDGE OF THE D AND IT SPINS UP OFF THE GROUND TO WRONG-FOOT SCHWARZER BUT IT REBOUNDS OFF HIS CHEST AND AWAY! Fulham survive that scare.
    • 30' Dempsey is sure that Mikel got the last touch but a goal kick is given as Nicolas Anelka strips off with Malouda unable to continue.
    • 29' Throw to Chelsea on the right which Bosingwa sends in but Hangeland gets a long leg ahead of Cole to hook it clear.
    • 28' Fulham with some good keep-ball on the left but eventually Chelsea get it back. Malouda looks in trouble, limping off on the left.
    • 25' Chelsea with a good spell of pressure but Fulham are as organised as Milan in the 90s and have bodies back to clear everything thrown their way.
    • 23' Fulham are all at sea dealing with a cross and it drops to Lampard who shoots weakly but it who slides Drogba in who is surely offside, he can't react to it anyway and the hosts break with a long pass almost setting Zamora through but he can't control the ball and Chelsea have it back. Phew.
    • 22' Corner to Chelsea which Fulham don't clear and the Blues come again with Kalou going down on the edge of the box but nothing given. Alex flies in for a header, out for a corner. Shocking corner from Deco though, straight at first man AJ and out for a throw.
    • 20' Drogba is almost played in again by a long ball but a poor first touch off his head sends the ball harmlessly away.
    • 18' Mikel in the middle sends a glorious through-ball to Drogba on the edge of the box, he turns into space and is in and fires across Schwarzer but it trickles inches wide of the far post! Almost a great leveller for Chelsea!
    • 16' Tame long-rage effort from Bosingwa is low, weak and well wide.
    • 14' Lovely play on the counter from Fulham, Davies to Pantsil on the overlap who whips over a really good cross that Ivanovic flaps at and just misses AJ, Dempsey has it on the left and beats Bosingwa but the ricochet comes off the USA man and it's out for a goal kick
    • 12' Lampard almost plays Malouda in but Pantsil holds him off and it's behind for a corner, which Lampard will take on the left. Straight down Schwarzer's throat though.
    • 10' Free-kick to Fulham on the left which Davies will take. He swings a wicked delivery across and everyone misses it AND DEMPSEY ON THE FAR POST TAKES IT ON HIS CHEST AND POKES IT BETWEEN CECH AND MIKEL FOR 1-0!! FULHAM LEAD!
    • 9' Deco touches it inside to Malouda, who surges forward and plays it through to Drogba who is in on the left and races clear of Hughes but he sends the left-foot finish low into the side netting! He went near post and low when he should have either gone far post and low or near post and high.
    • 8' Bosingwa with a speculative effort from distance which is again meat and drink to Schwarzer.
    • 7' Fulham have a throw on the right which Pantsil will take. He hurls it long down the line for Zamora, who flicks it on but it runs past Johnson and out for a goal kick, marshalled by Mikel, who appears to be doing a man-marking job on AJ.
    • 5' Hangeland gets caught out by the bounce under pressure from Drogba but Konchesky clears. Chelsea come again but again the former Charlton left back gets it away. Lampard has a shot from distance but straight down the throat of Schwarzer.
    • 4' Shocking touch from Deco gives the ball to Fulham, who work it wide right first to Zamora and then Pantsil with a cross but too heavy for Johnson, Mikel shepherds out for a goal kick.
