  2. I KNOW LETS ONLY BUY PLAYERS LIKE SHOREY & ZAT KNIGHT WHO U DON'T WANT MONEILL....VILLAS SCOUTS ARE SH1T . HESKEY IS FAVOURED OVER CAREW ....WHY CAREW IS BETTER HESKEY IS JUST M ONEILLS PAL FROM LEICESTER & GETS THE NOD EVEN WHEN HE'S BEEN CRAP . U CANT LOSE PLAYERS LIKE BARRY...LAURSEN & REPLACE THEM WITH INJURED & YOUTH PLAYERS (DELPH/DOWNING) WE NEED 2 DEFENDERS 1 STRIKER & A DEFENSIVE MIDFIELDER STILL AT LEAST . AFTER DUMPING OUT OF THE UEFA CUP LAST YEAR .

  7. what the $%"* is martin o'neill playin at!!!. you can't build a team in the premiership with just british players. You need a mixture of british grit and foreign flair. I am seriously worried that MON is losing the plot!!

  8. ok. whoever said villa has a chance of getting into the top four, they will have to work 200% harder and it looks almost impossible to me in this terrible form.

  9. get in told you we`d stuff you , villa we`re crap as for carew he went home before the game cause he was left on the bench, bye bye carew

  10. Villa deserved to lose becuse MON insists on Delph. Delphs' inexperience and Shorey's abysmal defending caused us the 3 points that were so assured. MON should have stuck to Reo-Coker or Sidwell. Hats off to Wigan for their attractive style played. This 3 points will make the difference between Champoins League or Europa... or even relagation if Villa continue to play kindergarden football.

  17. This is not anywhere near good enough, wigan at home should be an easy win. O'Neill needs to take responsibility for performance as it is his lacklustre performance in the transfer market that leaves current first team players unchallenged and uninspired. Also what the hell is Delph starting for? and Carew on the bench?

From malky, on Sun 16 Aug 6:55
  18. Unless MON sorts out the villa defense i see a long struggle ahead and mid table obscurity ... ok one result a season doesnt make, but MON's shortsightedness in not getting quality defenders in will come back to haunt him.Time to cut your mettle as a premiership Manager MON amd make me eat my words otherwise you will have a lot of disgruntled VIlla fans on your back..

From Punky, on Sun 16 Aug 6:54
  19. Barry and Laursen are going to be badly missed by Villa this season
