27' Great play from the boy McFadden who lets fly from 25 yards and it forces a sharp save from Given.

BREAKIN NEWS!!!man city have already put in a bid of 50 million for billy the fish &
the fat slags from viz...

Hughes has still work to do especially in selection and balance of the team, Richards has to be in, he could have played him at CB last night instead of Kompany or at RB instead of Zabellata, the best midfield player (Ireland) in the country last season has spent all this season on the bench, what is the story is he trying to keep his expensive signings happy and has he not noticed how powerful young Johnson looks and is playing at the moment when he gets on and RSC should never have been bought, we have enough quality front men with Bellamy, Ade, Robinho and Tevez as well as 2 excellent wide men in SWP and Petrov. the best balanced team right now for City in my opinion is Given: Richards, Toure, Lescott, Bridge: SWP, Ireland, Johnson, Barry: Adebayour and Bellamy: if Robinho is fit and wants to play?? he challenges along with Tevez for up front and Kompany, De Jong, Petrov and Oanhou make up the rest of the bench. we let Sturridge, Corulka and Evans go, who were not given the chance to develop and would have saved over 50 million in outlay on Lescott and Tevez who are no better than those players and who were much younger and potentially great team players.

dazmanutd: Only the most deluded City fan would think that money will buy trophies. It'll take time. I'm quite happy with how things are going so far, but after more than 30 years of winning bugger-all, I can afford to be patient. I realise that nothing would make you happier than to see all the money come to nothing. Tevez is a great player though...have to disagree with you there. And certainly SAF must have thought so, to offer 30+ million for him before he signed for City (although very weirdly, he then later claimed that Tevez wasn't worth the money City paid, even though United had offered more! He must have been at the whiskey a bit too much that day.) Yes, four draws in a row, but three of them were away from home and I'm delighted with a point from those games. You're right, that's not Premier League winners form, but as we've already seen this season, all of the potential Premier League winners have dropped points against anyone's expectations. Remember Burnley? City have lost fewer games than any other team, only losing to an injury time goal from you lot. And United have been far from convincing too. City won't win the Premier League, but they will be in the top six and that's a great start in my eyes.

MC still not within the standard of ManU....that's the FACT!
...and always the bridesmaid of ManU.
Anyway, would support MC to topple Liverpool for the 4th placing, the last spot to Champion League!

for city, quite poor really

hello rock and roll machine yes i know but im bored and your the ones always bragging about how much cash you got and how your gonna win the league the carling the fa and probably the cl next year if all your deluded fans shut up and stop talking s.h.i.t.e i will stop posting and by the way told you tevez was s.h.i.t.e and wheres adebayor as he gone back to doing what he does best washing camels ha ha thats 4 draws in a row already thats not prem league winners form were playing garbage and we still got more points than you and were 2nd .give me a shout when you are a big team and no i aint worried whats there to be worried off ha ha ha another 200 million in january should make you a big team lol

man city should have won

dazmanutd: Why do you feel the need to comment on every City thread in your typically bitter and twisted manner? If City are forever in United's shadow, why do you even bother to comment? Worried pal?

If you watch football you should know how many goals tevez has, but tevez is much more than a goalscorer he works for the team all 90 min. He gives his all whether he played for boca, man u or man city. Class Act!!!

westsideflife theres only one team in manchester who win trophies and it aint you wannabe gangster boy nob

287 ... Trafford in the borough of Greater Manchester, note the word IN, geography not ya strong point i take it??

why do u guys always talk about the money issue. Everyone knows money don't win titles but it certainly can help. Everyone wants to watch how them and c how they are doing with all these big names. 4th in the table with a game less than most teams is pretty impressive. Give them a year so they can get used to each other. They are building towards something special and everyone knows its not gona happen overnight. They will still make champions league cuz liverpool will not make it. Enough said!!
