    • 84' Berra goes into the book for a foul on Roberts.
    • 83' Dunn and Roberts tee up Andrews but once more the ex-Wolves man is denied a goal against his former club. This time by a block.
    • 81' Good passing from Rovers almost creates a fourth goal for the home team. Emerton crosses for Roberts who may have been fouled. The ball comes to Diouf and he tries to set up Andrews but Wolves clear.
    • 80' Andrews goes into the referee's book after taking retribution on Surman.
    • 79' It's been a stroll in the afternoon sunshine for Rovers. Mick McCarthy will not be very happy with his team's performance though.
    • 77' Wolves make their final change. Doyle goes off to be replaced by Andrew Surman.
    • 76' Andrews takes the kick but he can't beat Hennessey who dives to his left.
    • 75' Hennessey handles outside the area and Rovers have a free-kick right on the edge of the box.
    • 74' Sam Allardyce makes his second change. Samba is replaced by Ryan Nelsen.
    • 72' It's going to be a change for Rovers as Brett Emerton makes his first appearance since January following injury. The Aussie replaces Pedersen.
    • 68' Doyle has worked hard for the visitors and the striker sees a shot from the edge of the area deflected over the bar.
    • 68' Rovers are readying some substitutions. Samba might have to go off after taking a whack while blocking an earlier effort from Stearman.
    • 66' Matt Jarvis attempts to control the ball on the far touchline but succeeds only in falling over. Ironic cheers from the home fans.
    • 65' Dunn's free-kick is deflected wide as Rovers remain firmly on top.
    • 63' 3-0 BLACKBURN! Pedersen's ball through is seized upon by Roberts. Hennessey saves the striker's first attempt but as Roberts nudges the rebound goalwards Dunn nips in for the finish.
    • 60' GOAL FOR BLACKBURN! Dunn's corner is headed in by Givet but it's taken a touch off Roberts who will probably be credited with the goal.
    • 60' Roberts gets away from Mancienne and it takes a last-ditch challenge from Berra to prevent the Rovers man having a shot on goal.
    • 54' Doyle's cross from the right causes trouble for Robinson but when the ball is returned from the left Stearman's header is straight at the keeper.
    • 53' A sloppy start to the second half by the home side has encouraged the visitors.
    • 52' Jacobsen charges down the right but his cross is behind Roberts and the danger is cleared by Mancienne.
    • 47' Maierhofer hits a speculative shot from distance that isn't too far wide. This is his debut for Wolves. The most striking thing about him is his size. He makes Chris Samba look small.
    • 45' Wolves get the second half underway.
    • - In fact the visitors have made two changes. David Edwards and the debutant Maierhofer are on for Milijas and Halford.
    • - The teams are back out for the start of the second half and Wolves are making a change...
    • 45' The half-time whistle goes with the home side leading 1-0.
    • 45' Milijas's corner causes confusion in the home defence but Grella and Samba just about smuggle the ball away.
    • 44' Rovers hit the woodwork! Pedersen hits the subsequent free-kick but it strikes the outside of the post.
    • 43' Jacobsen is fouled on the edge of the area by Halford to give Rovers a decent opportunity.
    • 42' An offside flag spares Pedersen's blushes after the Norwegian hits a poor cross when he was put through down the left.
    • 40' Wolves have their first corner of the game but Milijas's kick is cleared by the hosts' defence.
    • 38' Pedersen's long throws are a feature of the home side but Wolves are defending them well so far.
    • 36' Good tackle from Andrews on Jarvis, who has been quiet for the visitors so far, sees a possible breakaway thwarted.
    • 35' An effort well over the bar from Halford sums up the first half for Wolves.
    • 33' More good play from Dunn eventually sees the ball arrive at the feet of Andrews but the midfielder volleys wide.
    • 31' Great move from the home side as the former Wolves player Andrews almost doubles his team's lead. Hennessey denies the Republic of Ireland international.
    • 30' A long throw from Pedersen is headed over the bar by Samba.
    • 28' Berra fouls Roberts on the touchline and Pedersen hits in a free-kick which requires a desperate touch from Hennessey to prevent Samba doubling Rovers' lead.
    • 27' Dunn shows his confidence by trying a shot from a long way out. It sails wide of Hennessey's left-hand post.
    • 25' Rovers are asking all the questions. Roberts has an aggrieved look after another tussle with Hill fails to bring the award of a free-kick.
    • 22' Doyle has the ball in the back of the net for Wolves but the linesman's flag is raised.
    • 20' It was a poor ball back from Henry that put Mancienne in trouble but it wasn't a great challenge either from the latter.
    • 19' GOAL FOR BLACKBURN! Rovers take a deserved lead through Diouf who took the ball past Mancienne before squeezing a fortunate finish through the legs of Hennessey.
    • 17' Keogh twists and turns in the Rovers area but can't get his shot away.
    • 14' Blackburn are on top here, with Dunn being particularly influential for the home side.
    • 10' A great run from Dunn ends with the ball at the feet of Roberts but he can't get his shot away in time and the Wolves defence and keeper smother the danger.
    • 8' It's a glorious day up in Blackburn and you can't say that too often.
    • 5' Robinson drops a free-kick under pressure but Berra cannot turn in the loose ball.
    • 3' A long ball through from Blackburn but Jason Roberts is offside. The home side have made a brightish start but there have been no chances as yet.
    • 1' Steve Bennett blows the whistle and Blackburn get the game underway.
    • - Wolves team line-up: Hennessey, Stearman, Berra, Mancienne, Hill, Halford, Henry, Milijas, Jarvis, Doyle, Keogh. Subs: Hahnemann, Elokobi, Edwards, Surman, David Jones, Vokes, Maierhofer
    • - Blackburn team line-up: Robinson, Jacobsen, Samba, Givet, Chimbonda, Andrews, Grella, Diouf, Dunn, Pedersen, Roberts. Subs: Brown, Emerton, Nelsen, Salgado, Kalinic, Di Santo, Hoilett
    • - The teams are in for today's Premier League fixture from Ewood Park. Rovers are unchanged from the team which drew 0-0 with West Ham last time out, but Wolves make two changes, with Christophe Berra and Matt Hill replacing Jody Craddock and George Elokobi.
    • - Mick McCarthy's first ever match as a Premier League manager came against Sam Allardyce. His Sunderland side lost 2-0 at the Stadium of Light to Bolton Wanderers on March 15, 2003. In his two previous Premier League matches against teams managed by Allardyce, his side have failed to score. Sunderland also drew 0-0 at home against Bolton in December 2005.
    • - Blackburn have not scored in their last three Premier League matches at Ewood Park, the longest ever run without a home goal in the club's top-flight history.
    • - Blackburn Rovers and Wolverhampton Wanderers have met 82 times in the league. Blackburn Rovers have won 32, Wolves 32 and there have been 18 draws.
