We have won at long last and hopefully we shall gain­ confidence to rejuvenate our season. Our defence will­ need to improve and become more consistently reliable­ and we still need greater penetration in midfield.­ Everton need a midfield general and a strong right­ back. We can only hope that our strikers will get­ better for I do not believe we have the funds to buy­ anyone better.
