    • 90' Full time and it's three points for Hull. Never in doubt, was it?
    • 90' A long throw from Delap causes panic, Duke gets nowhere near the ball back in but Vennegoor is on hand to clear.
    • 90' GOAL HULL! The Tigers have snatched it at the death. A shot from Bullard is pushed out by Sorensen and Vennegoor is on hand to smash home the rebound. Huge celebrations at the KC .
    • 89' Bullard's shot from 30 yards bounces right in front of Sorensen but the Dane reads it well.
    • 88' Tuncay is not impressed as he is sacrificed for Wilkinson, just a few minutes after being brought on. He trudges down the tunnel.
    • 87' RED CARD! Faye is shown a second yellow for a late and quite nasty lunge on Barmby.
    • 86' Tuncay does superbly to keep a lost cause in, he looks to play in a dangerous cross but Duke is able to gather.

    • 83' CLOSE! Stoke work a beautiful free kick, Whelan dinks the ball over to Shawcross who climbs and loops his header over Duke but it hits the top of the bar.

    • 67' Faye picks up a caution for stopping Barmby taking a quick throw. Hul have their tails up at the moment.
    • 61' GOAL HULL! What an amazing difference it makes when you shoot. Having opted not to shoot in the first half, he goes for goal this time after collecting the ball 25 yards out and he curls a superb effort into the top corner. That's his first goal for Hull and what a time to do it?!
    • 60' Hull break forward in numbers but once again a promising position is squandered as Hunt fires his cross into thin air.
    • 56' A booking for Huth for a cynical foul on Altidore.
    • 54' CLOSE! Stoke work the ball superbly and Etherington delivers a devilish ball in from the left, Gardner sticks out a foot and it looks like an own goal, but Duke somehow turns it wide. A turning point?
    • 52' Cometh the 52nd minute, cometh the man. That man is Nick Barmby who is on to replace Ghilas. Hull need a hero and it could be Tigers legend Barmby.
    • 51' CHANCE! Hull fail to clear a Delap throw, the ball bounces loose and it's half a chance for Shawcross but Duke gets off his line to smother.
    • 50' Half a chance for Hull as they flood forward but Bullard's cross is too close to the keeper. Bullard is a better player than that.
    • 48' Beattie opts for power but the ball is always on the rise and Duke watches it go over.
    • 47' Garcia brings down Whelan 30 yards from goal and this is a good place for Stoke.
    • 46' Stoke's palyers trot out to join a Hull side who have been out fora couple of minutes. Stoke get the game back underway and it's a big 45 for Hull.
    • 45' Bullard whips the ball in but it does not beat the first man and that's it for the first half. You've got to think that Brown needs the greatest team-talk ever, otherwise he could be heading for the exit door.
    • 45' Hull win a free kick deep in stoppage time. They need some quality.
    • 42' Handbags at dawn as Hunt clashes with Sorensen in the air and Shawcross gets involved. A quiet word from Mr Dean is sufficient. Shawcross needs to be careful as he's been booked already.
    • 41' CHANCE! Bullard strides forward and plays the ball to Olofinjana, he rolls his man and the space opens up. It's a huge shooting chance but inexplicably he rolls the ball across the area to absolutely no one. WHAT WAS HE THINKING?
    • 38' Great keeping from Sorensen who comes a long way to claim a corner and then sets his side forward. Thankfully for Hull Garcia gets back with the tackle.
    • 36' CHANCE! Better from Hull as the ball is played into the box and it causes problems for Stoke. The ball is pulled back for Altidore who has space eight yards out but plonks his header a yard wide. He had to test the keeper.
    • 33' Stoke pull out a free kick move from the training ground as the ball is played short for the third man running but it is just too strong. Full marks for invention.
    • 30' GOAL STOKE! Hull are stunned. Two Hull players go for the same ball and this hands space to Etherington. He races into the box and smashes his shot beyond Duke. A body blow for Hull.
    • 28' Good chance again for Hull as Hunt stands a cross up to the far post, it's inviting for Garcia but his header lacks power and is easy for Sorensen.
    • 25' Stoke have created little so far and a rare chance goes begging as Dean Whitehead shows the shooting prowess of Diana Ross as his effort from the edge of the box goes miles wide.
    • 24' A card for Mendy who brings down Etherington in full flight. The crowd don't like it 'you don't know what you're doing' is the cry but to be fair it looked a caution.
    • 22' CHANCE! Garcia latches onto a through ball and looks to play the ball across to the unmarked Hunt but Stoke do well to get back and make the block.
    • 21' Almost an embarassing moment as Duke smashes his clearance straight at Fuller, it loops up but goes over the bar.
    • 20' CLOSE! Altidore, who on occasions looks like he couldn't trap a bag of cement and then does something brilliant, works himself a yard of space 20 yards out and shoots towards goal but the effort goes just wide.
    • 17' Sublime to the ridiculous from Hull who work the ball well but Garcia plays a five-yard pass to Hunt out of play.
    • 14' The first booking of the day goes to Shawcross for a foul.
    • 13' Good keeping from Duke who comes a long way to claim a long throw from Delap.
    • 12' Duke makes a bit of a mess of a long-range drive but he is able to clear at the second attempt.
    • 11' The Stoke weapon: Delap's throw is rolled into town. Stoke win the first header but Hull deal with it and clear. To be fair it wasn't Delap's best throw.
    • 8' CLOSE! Hull work the ball well, it is played to Bullard who takes aim from 25 yards. The effort swerves wickedly and flashes a yard wide.
    • 6' Nice play from Hull as Altidore collects a flick-on and lays the ball off to Bullard, he drives towards goal but it slices over the top
    • - Strong as an oxx that Shawcross. I bet Fergie is starting to regret getting rid of him. Ah well, never mind.

  1. Tuncay CAN be a great player when he wasn't being­ lazy. It was only last season Boro got relegated, he­ was pretty lazy at times for Boro. Stoke strive on WORK­ ETHIC bringing in a player on POTENTIAL ABILITY­ isn't what Tony Pulis is about. It's like­ playing an out of form Michael Owen.

But nothing changes­ cos Hull are still riding the relegation zone, Stoke­ are sitting sweet in mid-table and Phil Brown's­ still a massive @#$%.
