    Time:90'
    • Hull City
    • Wigan Athletic
    • 90+5' All over at the KC, and it's a second home win of the season for Hull! Wigan played the better football, but lacked that cutting edge when they were on top. The Tigers are now out of the bottom three... until tomorrow at least.
    • 90+3' Gomez goes down in the Hull area... NO PENALTY!! Jordi Gomez left a leg trailing as Olofinjana came in, but the referee was spot on not to give it. The Spaniard gets a booking for his attempt to con the referee.
    • 90+1' Five minutes of inury time are due to be played, so there is time for King to score a winner against his old club.
    • 90' changes for both sides now as Steven Mouyokolo comes on for Vennegoor of Hesselink for Hull, and former Tigers striker Marlon King replaces Thomas for Wigan.
    • 90' Wigan are throwing it all at Hull now! Scotland has the ball at his feet in the area, but is crowded out by two Hull defenders and the Trinidad and Tobago man eventually loses the ball.
    • 88' Hendry Thomas has the ball on the edge of the box. He SHOOTS ON THE TURN... Over the bar!
    • 87' GOAL!! Scott Sincalir scores just moments after coming off the bench! Myhill saves low at his nar post but the ball loops up for Sinclair to head back over the floundering keeper! Can Wigan rescue a point here?
    • 84' N'Zogbia is replaced by Scott Sinclair, who is on loan from Chelsea.
    • 83' Zayatte cannot continue, and he's replaced by Seyi Olofinjana.
    • 81' Here's an observation - since Barmby went off, Geovanni has been wearing the captain's armband. That's interesting considering the rocky relationship he and Phil Brown shared last season.
    • 80' Zayatte comes off to receive treamtent following an innocuous collison. He should be fit to continue.
    • 78' Hunt fouls Gomez, and the Spaniard keeps his legs locked around Hunt's for far longer than is strictly necessary.
    • 76' Marney tries to sidefoot a shot from the edge of the box, but it's an easy save for Kirkland.
    • 74' Geovanni is caught offside. Wigan have lost a lot of their fluency now, that seocnd goal really knocked the stuffing out of them.
    • 71' Paul McShane has Scotland in his sights all the way as he beats the big striker to a cross aimed for the far post. The Irishman has had a good game today.
    • 69' The Tigers are looking on course for their second home league win of the season.
    • 68' GOAL!! Zayatte powers past Figueroa down the left before chipping a ball back to the far post for Geovanni to volley home! That's number ofur of the campaign for the Brazilian.
    • 68' N'Zogbia has three men to aim for with a cross but his pass is wayward.
    • 67' Jordi Gomez replaces Scharner as Wigan make their first switch.
    • 66' Ghilas's first touch lets him down as Hull break forward and he concedes the throw in.
    • 65' Kamel Ghilas comes on in place of Nicky Barmby.
    • 64' Melchiot and Vennegoor of Hessleink tangle and both go tumbling, with the Wigan defender landing on the Hull striker's head! Ouch!
    • 63' Geovanni is bundled over by Thomas in midfield.
    • 62' Scotland has another low drilled effort flash wide of the post with Myhill at full stretch.
    • 60' GOAL!! Dean Marney swings in the corner and Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink is there at the near post top head past Kirkland! That's his first goal for Hull.
    • 57' N'Zogbia tries to dig out a cross but ends up kicking air and falling on his backside. Cue ironic cheers and wolf whistles from the home crowd!
    • 54' Scotland plays the ball out to Thomas who fires a low ball across the six-yard box for DIAME... McShane slides in and makes a crucial interception! That would surely have been 1-0 to Wigan were it not for McShane.
    • 53' The corner is curled in towards the near post and Marney heads wide! Manager Phil Brown affords himself a wry smile on the touchline.
    • 52' Marney burst forward from the halfway line and STRIKES... deflected behind for a corner.
    • 51' Hull launch in a long throw that Bramble heads clear before Hunt fouls.
    • 48' Hull literally haven't touched the ball for the past two minutes as Wigan probe for a way in. The move ends with Figueroa's attempted cross sailing over everyone and out for a goal kick. Hull need to stay as organised as that when the game wears on.
    • 47' Wigan pick up where they left off, keeping the ball well and making Hull chase it.
    • 46' Wigan kick off and the second half is underway. Who, if anyone, will break the deadlock?
    • 45+2' Referee Clattenburg blows for half time. Wigan have played the nicer football but, as there are no points for style, it remains 0-0.
    • 45+1' Dawson is penalised for handball as he tries to block Melchiot's clearance. It might have worked had it not been right in front of the referee!
    • 45' The set piece from the centre circle is cleared easily by Wigan. There are two minutes of injury time indicated.
    • 44' Hunt charges through the middle and Thomas simply barges into the side of him and concedes the free-kick! Cheeky...
    • 42' Dawson gets Rodallega's boot right in his face as the striker tries to trap a high ball. Ouch! The defender merely shakes his head and trots away!
    • 41' Some more promising attacking possession from Wigan is let down by an errant cross-field ball from Thomas. The visitors have played the better stuff in this half.
    • 39' Diame threads a ball through the gap for Scharner to chase, but the Austrian collides into Zayatte! It was an accidental block from the Guuinea defender, but just as well otherwise Scharner would have been in there.
    • 38' Hull swing in a free-kick from the lft, but it's into the arms of Kirkland.
    • 37' Diame trips over his own feet and Hull pour men forward, but they lack the outlet to get the hop on Wigan.
    • 35' Myhill comes off his line and Scotland almost gets around him! The Trinidad striker just can't get to the ball in time before it goes over the byline.
    • 34' Wigan have some nice possession in the Hull half, but the Tigers keep them at bay.
    • 33' STAT WATCH: Fouls conceded - Hull 5-0 Wigan.
    • 32' The Dutchman is then unlucky to be flagged offside as Barmby's cross comes in.
    • 31' Vennegoor of Hesselink is penalised for an offensive foul on Melchiot as he fought for a long ball.
    • 30' Dawson is back up on his feet and will continue.
    • 29' Dawson is down now after a challenge from N'Zogbia, which earns the Frenchman the game's first booking.
    • 28' Hunt is penalised for obstruction (?) after being sandwiched by two Wigan players.
    • 26' Scharner is down and looks in pain after his leg got clattered by Zayatte. The Austrian is receiving treatment now.
    • 24' Geovanni curls in a cross that Vennegoor of Hesselink glances wide of the far post with a header! Another good chance goes begging.
    • 23' 'What's happening elsewhere?' we hear you ask. Well check out who's been scoring in the afternoon's other matches here: Premier League LIVE scores and scorers
    • 22' Hull earn a corner, but Wigan's defenders prove dominant in the air this time.
    • 21' Scotland collects the ball and carries it forward before drilling a low strike JUST wide with Myhill beaten! The striker has impressed since his arrival, although he has yet to open his account for Wigan.
    • 20' Geovanni gets his first sight of goal, but his fiercely struck shot is over the bar, much to the relief of Kirkland no doubt.
    • 19' Diame fnacies a crack and his shot from outside the box is parried by Myhill, who then has to dive at the feet of Scotland on the follow-up.
    • 18' A quick reminder of how thigns stand; Wigan are currently 10th while Hull are languishing in 19th. Premier League table
    • 16' Bramble has his pocket picked by Geovanni and Hunt can gallop forward! Luckily for Bramble, Hendry Thomas steams back to tackle, clear and spare his team-mate's blushes. Bramble has come on leaps and bounds at Wigan, but he's still capable of lapses like those.
    • 15' The corner is headed clear but only as far as RODALLEGA... The Colombian had time to take a touch before firing over the bar!
    • 14' Geovanni fould N'Zogbia on the wing with a rash challenge. The free-kick is headed behind for a corner.
    • 13' Wigan have plenty forward, but Rodallega's misplaced pass sees the move break down.
    • 12' Scotland tries to feed N'Zogbia down the left channel but Dawson does well to slide in and win the goal kick.
    • 10' Hunt sends a long diagonal ball up to Barmby who gets in front of his marker and knocks it past Kirkland... the ball rolls wide! Good chance for the new Hull skipper.
    • 9' Zayatte is diving around in midfield but can't stop Wigan coming forward with a slick move that ends with N'Zogbia firing low and Myhill makes the save. Nice football from Wigan.
    • 7' Stephen Hunt makes good progress down the left and wins a throw. Wigan launch it upfield and Sonko coolly nods the ball to Dawson as Rodallega is lurking.
    • 6' Jimmy Bullard is looking on from the bench. You know, Bullard. You must remember. He used to be a footballer.
    • 5' After that early scare, Wigan have settled down and are keeping the ball nicely.
    • 2' Replays show Barmby's shot hit the arm of Figueroa, but referee Clattenburg was right to rule it was ball to hand.
    • 1' Hull surge forward from the kick off and Barmby tries to steer the goal on target at the far post... stopped on the line by Figueroa!
    • 1' Hull kick off to get this show on the road!
    • 14:59 Earlier this week, Hull City's problems were put into perspective when the squad took a stroll over the Humber Bridge and saved a woman they suspected was about to commit suicide. Brown turns Good Samaritan
    • 14:57 The players are out on the field and doing the obligatory handshakes, which means we'll be underway very shortly.
    • 14:52 So, Wigan are unsurprisingly fielding the same side that beat Chelsea 3-1 last weekend. Kamil Zayatte returns for the Tigers while Antony Gardner is out after failing a late fitness test.
    • 14:50 The teams are in. The referee for this one is Mark Clattenburg.
    • 14:50 Hull: Myhill, McShane, Sonko, Kilbane, Dawson, Zayatte, Barmby, Marney, Geovanni, Hunt, Vennegoor of Hesselink. Subs: Duke, Altidore, Halmosi, Mouyokolo, Ghilas, Olofinjana, Cairney

    • 14:47 Wigan are looking to win back-to-back Premier League matches for the first time in six months, and only the second time in 2009 – since they won 2-1 at Sunderland (March 14) and 1-0 at home against todayÂ’s opponents Hull (March 22).
    • 14:46 The club have picked up fewer wins (2), more defeats (17), scored fewer goals (17), conceded more (46) and won fewer points (18) in 2009 than any other side who has featured in both Premier League seasons during this year.
