Marouane Fellaini headed a dramatic equaliser as Everton and Aston Villa drew 3-3 in their Premier League clash at Goodison. More
90+6' The final whistle goes at Goodison Park, and it's ended 3-3 between Everton and Aston Villa, with Fellaini heading a stoppage-time equaliser to deny Paul Lambert's side all three points! What a match, and Everton deserve to take a point away from it at least. Thanks for joining us.
90+3' GOAL!! Fellaini grabs a seemingly inevitable equaliser in the third minute of stoppage time as Villa see their slender advantage eroded! It's a powerful header from a Baines corner, and Everton deserve to be level in stoppage time!
89' Osman is booked for a poor high challenge on Bennett, and he has no complaints about going into the book.
82' El Ahmadi comes off as Brett Holman is introduced, and that's Lambert's second change.
75' N'Zogbia, who has been very quiet this afternoon, comes off as Yacouba Sylla is introduced for his debut.
69' GOAL! Fellaini strikes for Everton to haul the hosts back into the match, and he produces a ruthless finish from inside the Villa box after exchanging passes with Jelavic! Everton are right back in this match now, with Villa's lead reduced to a single goal!
64' Bryan Oviedo also comes on as Heitinga makes way, and he's endured a torrid afternoon up against Benteke.
63' Mirallas is withdrawn as Jelavic is finally brought on, and Everton had to make that change.
61' GOAL! It's a quite brilliant goal from Villa as Weimann plays a slick one-two with Lowton outwide on the right, and Benteke stoops low to head beyond Howard from a perfect cross! It's a wonderful team goal, and Benteke doubles his tally!
55' Now Anichebe is down holding his calf, and he looks to be injured too.
51' What a chance for Weimann, who should extend Villa's lead with just the keeper to beat, but he blasts a poor finish high and wide after being slipped through by Agbonlahor!
47' Clark gives away a free-kick in a very dangerous area after climbing all over Fellaini, and the Everton midfielder hobbles off to the touchline to receive some treatment after going down very heavily.
46' The second half is under way at Goodison Park, and Everton immediately get the ball down and look to dictate the play.

45+2' The half-time whistle goes at Goodison Park, and Villa lead 2-1 with goals from Benteke and Agbonlahor giving Lambert's side a surprise advantage at the break, with Anichebe's goal briefly levelling it up for the hosts.
44' Benteke is booked for a late challenge on Baines, but it's very soft indeed and surely not worthy of a yellow card.
42' Anichebe is ruled offside as he gets in behind Clark once more, and he's incredibly frustrated.
24' GOAL! Agbonlahor puts Villa back in the lead with a powerful header from inside the Everton box, and Howard has no chance as the forward meets a pinpoint cross from the right with a clinical finish! Villa were back on terms for just three minutes.
23' Benteke almost restores Villa's lead as he again gets in beyond Heitinga, but his shot fizzes just wide!
21' GOAL!! Anichebe levels for Everton! The forward does superbly to hold the bal on the edge of the Villa box before spinning Clark with ease and driving a low shot beyond Guzan and into the far corner of the net! Everton are back on terms, and that was more poor defending.
4' Fellaini very nearly restores parity for Everton as he skips past Ron Vlaar and slides a precise shot agonisingly wide of the far post with Brad Guzan at full stretch!
2' GOAL!! Christian Benteke puts Villa in front in just the second minute! It's a very composed finish from the front man as he beats Heitinga far too comfortably after receiving a pass from Weimann with his back to goal - he just slides the ball under Tim Howard!
1' The match is under way! Everton keep the ball at the back very comfortably from the outset.

Hitzlsperger is the Best !
A goal festival, burnt chances, over-liberality toward the lucky guest, laxity in first half, twelves draw and bogging down to 5th place. Why is Everton not definite and trenchant enough in home meetings?
48. belgium 3 - aston villa 3 lol from mr anfield aces, on sat 2 feb 17:0 is it true they are turning shamfield into asda next year ,, by the way are you anfield star who has never been to see loserpool play or been to liverpool
48. Belgium 3 - Aston Villa 3 lol From MR ANFIELD ACES, on Sat 2 Feb 17:06 THIS IS RICH COMING FROM SOMEONE WHO MAY WELL NEED A LIST OF CHAMPIONSHIP POSTCODES SOON , BUT NOT GOOD ENOUGH BLUES
Great draw for Aston Villa YEAH SURE they were in front from the second minute and should have won
Villa with their forwards are good enough to beat the drop but at the other end of the pitch they are conceding too many goals
wonderful game...and again fellaini proves that he is and will be the key player for everton to reach champion leagues
We blow a lead yet again, what can I say? A win is too much to ask for these days, especially when we're two goals up. According to the commentator we are supposed to be happy with this result. Really? I've never seen Villa ship in so many late goals (majority from set pieces) in one season in my life. The only comforting thought that I can take on now is that we have Benteke, who is absolute class. Our survival hopes are dim, but guess what fellow Villa fans, if we go down we won't be playing them rotten bluenoses, they are going down to League One.
how many times has moyes got too play jonny and distin too see their not good enough
Ahh lovely, thanks for the draw, spurs to draw or lose tomorrow, and arsenal will soon be in 4th:) It's written in the stars.

Phew. 2 goals for Everton. That's the maximum they have scored in a game.
oops too soon?
3-2, here we go again, does any Villa fan think we won't concede another goal? No, didn't think so. Just hope we don't concede a 4 after that!
Who reckons Villa will just roll over and let Everton win.
gon yersel lambo
Villa certainly seem to like Merseyside. The Everton bubble had to burst sooner or later.
