    • 88' Stoke pumping the ball long here but West Ham remain stout. Collins has been superb and he heads clear.

    • 20' With two up front, Stoke are operating with an even more direct threat than usual – this time Jerome flicks on for Crouch but the ball carries through to Jaaskelainen.

    • 17' Carroll sees a first sight of goal but his effort is blocked. He reacts by hacking Wilson down and their first period of pressure is brought to an abrupt end.
